Thank you so much for your very thoughtful answer. Since I've always dated men very similar to G, and have never really had friends to analyze our relationships, I love coming on COH to get comparable insights. I do feel that some of G's girls have been too demanding of his time and energy. I know that it's an easy trap to fall into when you really like and care about someone who you also admire and is a workaholic. Personally I feel that there were other unknown issues that caused the breakups with EC and SL. Yes SK seems much more even-keeled than EC but is she as passionate? Ted said that G would not be compatible with Sofia because she would not be sexually, emotionally, and financially dependent on him. I feel that G is naturally protective and clearly chooses somewhat dependent girls. Don't forget just being G's girl would inspire desire from other competitive men.

I do think he is protective I think that is his nature. I meant she can handle being at events and he doesn't have to worry about her if that makes sense. I really think Eli talking about marriage didn't help also her jealousy while probably endearing in the beginning , probably became tiring.

I agree that SK appears to me to be less possessive and demanding of G's time. G's protectiveness and leadership qualities make him more sexually appealing. Personally I dislike mama's boys who see me as a strong person; it would never work. That's why I've always dated men like G. My platonic male friends tease me about "having a male harem;" I just went on the free internet matching site, "Plenty of Fish." Strongly recommend it for you ladies that are also picky about who you date.

Remind me never to wear shorts in front of you, if you think that these are too skimpy. You wouldn't believe the ones I was wearing, with the wardrobe director's encouragement, when I met G. Some of us are really are not trying to show off, we just look absolutely terrible and fatter in longer shorts.

The camera does make us look fatter, that's one of the reasons there is so much pressure for us to stay thin. Camera angles and body posture can help or hurt how we look. Still don't you think that you are being a little too critical of SK?

Not, not critical. Must be taken with a digital camera most likely focused on her - it seems that digitals magnify instead of zoom. Maybe that's why they are now used in mags, etc. - easy to airbrush. But, they would probably have less of a time of it if good old fashioned film was used.

As I told Cindigirl, remind me never to wear shorts in front of you. LOL I look horrible in long shorts, like I've gained tons of weight. But then I live in Vegas where it is the norm to see girls and guys walk around casinos in almost nothing in the summer. Walking down the main LV strip in just a thong (no cover up) isn't unusual either. Maybe that's why so many of us become very body conscious, without even going on a movie set where we will often be "picked apart." Ever been told that you need to have your rib removed, so that you will look thinner?

DR, I'm not saying women should wear shorts to their knees but there are different inseams available. If you are wearing a one inch inseam and your cheeks are hanging out it is wrong. The cheeks need to be covered. Go for a two inch inseam and it will cover your goods appropriately. Seeing someone's butt cheeks in shorts can actually make them look fat as they look like they don't fit in the shorts.

Stacy Keibler's ultra toned physique appears as though it's the result of lengthy workout sessions.
But the 32-year-old model and actress has claimed it takes just 18 minutes, four or five times per week, to achieve a body hot enough to capture the attention of George Clooney, her boyfriend.
Juliet Kaska, a U.S. celebrity fitness trainer who works with the blonde beauty, told Self magazine that
'you'll burn extra calories for up to 48 hours after' performing the fast-paced routine.

Fitness queen: Model and actress Stacy Keibler has revealed her 18-minute exercise regime (above) which combines 'strength, cardio and core exercises' that are performed several times a week
The former pro-wrestler, who starred on the second series of the U.S. version of Dancing With The Stars, follows various routines that combine 'strength, cardio and core exercises'.
The regime asks that three six-minute 'sexy sizzlers' are completed once a day 'without any breathers'.

Ballerina bound: Stand with feet together, arms down. Crouch low, keeping back flat and abs tight. Leap up, swinging arms out straight and across body to right and landing on right foot, left leg raised and bent behind you. Reverse move for two minutes

Svelte Reach: Anchor band at head height; hold ends together with both hands. Stand with left side parallel to anchor and feet hip-width apart. Extend arms overhead; lean to right until you feel muscles in left side engage. Return to start. Do 20 reps and switch

Belly Blaster: Anchor a band about three-feet off ground; lie face-up, grasping a handle in each hand. Bend knees over hips; extend arms upward. Crunch up, raising shoulders off ground; extend right leg while you lower arms to sides. Bring right knee back in as you raise arms back overhead. Do 20 reps

Bicycle Mega Burner: Lie face-up with hands behind head, elbows out, legs lifted, knees bent over hips. Extend right leg and twist upper body to left side (as shown), reaching right elbow toward left knee. Hold and do ten small pulses; repeat on opposite side for one set. Do five sets

T For Toned: Place center of band underneath right foot; hold opposite end in left hand. Extend right arm above head; slowly extend left leg behind you, dropping chest until you create a line from fingertips to toes. Extend left arm behind you; bend elbow and repeat; do 20 reps. Repeat on opposite side.

Star Power: With feet hip-width apart, squat down low on balls of feet, resting fingertips on ground in front of you (as shown). Spring up, extending legs and arms wide to create a five-point-star shape with hands, head and feet. Land with soft knees; return to start; repeat immediately. Continue for two minutes.
There are nine 'sizzlers' to choose from and each requires an anchor band, used in resistance training.
But there is hardly enough time to focus on thorough cardio training, which Ray Lawson, a New York-based personal trainer, believes is a key part to any fitness regime.

He told MailOnline: 'Questions to ask [of the routine] would include "what is her food log like?", "how often does she do cardio?" and "what is her daily caloric expenditure outside of these 18-minutes".'
He did add that the routine sounded 'decent' but the body may quickly adapt to its positive effects.
'The human body is very smart, it adjusts to the point where that routine becomes easy,' he explained.
Nonetheless, the magazine has detailed each of the sizzlers in order for other people to try them out themselves.
One of the strength-building exercises is labelled The Knockout.
It requires you stand face-away from the anchor band as you stretch it out about three feet behind you, attaching it to something secure.
It then advises to hold a handle in each hand at shoulder height, feet staggered wide with left foot in front, knees slightly bent.
Then, punch forward with each hand at a time and then together. Repeat 20 times.
One of the core exercises is tagged Svelte Reach.
It requires you to hold the anchor band at head height, holding the ends together with both hands.
You are then asked to stand with your left side parallel to the band and your feet hip-width apart.
Extend arms overhead, lean to right until you feel muscles in the left side engage.
Then return to the start and repeat 20 times before switching sides.
One of the cardio 'sizzlers' is tagged the Ballerina Bound.
It advises you to stand with your feet together before crouching low keeping feet and abs tight.
Then, leap up and swing arms out straight and across body to right, landing on the right foot.
Reverse the move and leap back and forth for two minutes.

I dont think those are shorts, because they/it is longer in the front than the back, and shorts dont ususally do that.

Cameras add weight to us because images tend to be more one or two dimensional rather than 3d, so we look flatter, therefore, heavier.

I put this on the other thread. He is down in Cabo filming a commercial and she is probably keeping him company. According to the daily mail they are still on the honeymoon and all loved up. I don't think so.

Actually when I have gone dancing in LA and in Vegas I and every one else person are carded. The bouncers do this so that those that are actually underage and trying to look older don't complain when asked to prove that they are over-21. "Equal opportunity carding."

Bam - George would have been flown by the company that he was doing the ad for. Stacy was the tag-along who would not have been flown at the company's expense. His arrangements would have been made by the company. Once he was made aware of the dates and that Stacy was free to join him, arrangements could be made for her to be in Cabo at the same time. Flying back was probably the same deal. George's flights may have been booked solid so she went on a different flight.

Is Cabo considered "overseas?" Or was she just implying that she WOULD be going to Lake Como later, not just to Cabo? I find many of her comments "off-putting." I assume Las Vegas Weekly, which I quoted earlier, just picked up what someone else wrote. They are a "freebie" and don't have the staff of our more established daily Las Vegas Review Journal.
