But Rande is also much taller than George, I think. I think he's something like 6'5" tall. Very tall man, and that makes his torso look look longer and leaner.

For their age, both men are in very good shape. Maybe George's chest hair is getting grey and he is conscienteouos of it.

@Dexter - how is this article calling eli out? It's doing the complete opposite, coming down very firmly on her side. The ridicule is directed entirely at the author of one of those banal pieces - a woman, to boot - for her laughably ridiculous, outtdated and primitive view of contemporary relationships.

Just thought of something, but didn't want to muck-up the Sudan/ABC thread - If George really wanted to, he could have stayed for the NYE party in Cabo and flown home Saturday afternoon and be home in plenty of time for Sunday interview.

To be fair, we really don't know what he did since he CAN keep under the radar. It will be interesting what gets leaked out about his NYE.

It shouldn't take too long to find out if Eli is back in Italy. Looks like maybe George spent NYE in LA maybe that is why we got so many pics of Eli she knew she wouldn't be around for NY's. George looks good, Rande is ok but he is fairly sleazy and he is married to a model so he would need to keep himself in shape I'm sure there are men lined up around the corner for Cindy. George can always shave his chest he doesn't have that many chest hairs. LOL Happy New Year to all I hope you all had a great time.

George Clooney's girlfriend showed up at the beach.

Supermodel Elisabetta Canalis threw her clothes when she celebrated the start of the new year in Los Cabos, Mexico.

Elisabetta did not seem to care about the photographers as she lapped up the sun on the beach.

Clooney with girlfriend 32-year-old has spent the Christmas holidays and New Year's weekend in Mexico with boyfriend George Clooney.

The two seemed to be very much in love, and gave each other repeatedly caresses.

Also Elisabetta's parents were on vacation. They were pictured as they left a restaurant just before Christmas. This led to speculation that Clooney had met them to ask for his daughter's hand, but this was rejected by his representatives.

The couple have been together for 18 months.

No mention of her being invited to the party....

George Clooney, Leonardo DiCaprio and Kid Rock were all on the guest list for a party at a posh Cabo San Lucas resort, but one famous couple apparently wasn't.

And why was that exactly?

While Rimes and Cibrian were all smiles in pictures strolling along Cabo San Lucas's beaches, E! News has learned the country crooner and her fiancé were barred from the guest list for a birthday bash hosted the ex-boyfriend of Cibrian's ex, Brandi Glanville, Thursday night.

Although Rimes and Cibrian were staying at a friend's home in the billion-dollar resort El Dorado (which Glanville's billionaire ex-boyfriend Michael Meldman owns), the couple reportedly wasn't welcome at Meldman's star-studded event.

"Michael had a huge party the night before New Years for his birthday and they weren't allowed to go," a source tells E! News. "They tried to get on the list, but he said no because of his allegiance to Eddie's ex-wife."

So who was at the party? Those who were permitted to attend the event included Hollywood A-listers Clooney, DiCaprio and Kid Rock, who performed at the party for a packed crowd.

However, Rimes and Cibrian's Thursday night snafu didn't stop the duo from ringing in the new year at their own bash Friday evening at Pink Kitty nightclub in Cabo, where they were honored guests.

Meanwhile, Glanville spent her New Year's Eve celebrating in Las Vegas at a Jay-Z concert.

Someone told me that in Australia, randy means horny. His name is Randy and when he checked in to a hotel on a visit, the clerk giggled when he said his name, so he asked why. She asked why his parents would name him that. Don't know if it's true - could have been pulling my leg. Oh well, I'm a little slow sometimes!

I've always thought it meant horny here too!!

(My Aussie friend told me that no one there would name a girl "Fanny" because it means, um, va-jay-jay. Kind of like how nobody will name their kid "Dick" here anymore.)

I finally got to look at the video today at lunch - his mustache really was grown in. Has it really been 5-6 days since last photo?

Sisieq, it has been that long, but on the other hand, we don't really know correct dates of ANYTHING! They had her parents out to dinner on the 17th, then some pics dated the 28th, then some pics posted way after the fact (the pics with Cameron). So who knows for sure. He could have started growing that two weeks ago. We only saw a few pics of him and oh, so many of her.

His facial hair grows FAST, though. Must be all the booze and sex.

Strange how he has hairy arms, yet a practically hairless chest. I refuse to believe he waxes. REFUSE.

Sarah Larson was a supermodel after she dated George too. They all get that title after a few dates, has he ever really dated a supermodel?

He's been "associated" with them - Cindy Crawford, Elle McPherson (sp?), another British one I can't remember.

I think I remember a couple scenes in ER where he seemed a little hairier than he is now. However, if he's starting to go thru male menopause, maybe the chest hair gets more sparse?

My husband can grow a beard, mustache or full facial hair in about two days, yes he has a 5 o clock shadow, everyday. But no chest hair, well maybe like 3.

It is true about Rande we would never name a kid it because it does mean horny both here and in the UK and yes Fanny gets a laugh too cause it means something differant here. I wont even go into what root can mean in Oz!
