Loved the accent video Nicky. I bet Joanna speaks proper English. But I would love it if she had Welsh accent like Tom Jones. I really like the Geordie accent as well.

No your oreos didn't offend anyone LOL. As much everyone likes to hear what you like to eat.....maybe your oreos puts everyone in temptation in the diet thread.....Can you not hear our suffering to stay away from oreos.....   Diet and oreos don't match    Funny that you Americans love oreos so much. Is not so big over hear......What can I say...our German chocolate is so much better   Which I haven't eaten for a while  

If it can be moved, then I think that it should be totally REmoved.  I had an extremely low blood sugar and I HAD to eat the oreos to raise my blood sugar.

I guess I'll put my two cents in here.

The diet thread is for folks who are really trying to make an effort to lose weight for a variety of reasons.  The thread is for those who are participating since it was requested that the topic be moved out of chit chat -- therefore was MOVED.

If you are participating and wish to offer encouragement, comments about healthy foods or exercises that are helpful in that regard then by all means, please share.

But if you are putting comments that can be "perceived" to be in an effort to sabotage the efforts of those participating - i.e. pictures of foods that are unhealthy and comments from people about what they've eaten but are from folks who are NOT participating in really trying to improve their health, then the likelihood is that the comment(s) will be moved.

Planks are a great way to exercise in front of the TV .   

Then, why not remove it instead of moving it to a different thread with a different title?  Jeesh...  no explanation, just move it and give it a different name?  I'd rather you would have just removed it and it was NOT my intention to sabotage.  Don't worry, it will NEVER happen again...

ROBERT Downey Junior’s son, Indio, was taken into custody in Los Angeles over the weekend, in connection with cocaine possession.

According to TMZ, police detained the 20-year-old after they allegedly witnessed him smoking a pipe while in the passenger seat of a car. Police searched the vehicle where they found cocaine in his possession.

Downey was arrested and taken to jail, but later released on US$10,000 ($10,594) bail.

As has previously been reported, Downey sought help for an addiction to pain pills last year, undergoing “holistic, natural and orthomolecular” therapy to rid himself of the addiction in rehab, his mother Deborah Falconer said.

Naturally, there are parallels between the younger Downey and his father, who was repeatedly arrested and jailed for drug-related offenses in the 1990s.

Downey Jr, of course, finally cleaned up his act in 2001, and staged one of the most remarkable turnarounds in Hollywood history.

Speaking after his son’s arrest, the Iron Man star, said: “Unfortunately there’s a genetic component to addiction and Indio has likely inherited it.

“There is a lot of family support and understanding, and we’re all determined to rally behind him and help him become the man he’s capable of being.

“We’re grateful to the Sheriff’s department for their intervention, and believe Indio can be another recovery success story instead of a cautionary tale.”
