IMO she looks happy, like she feels comfortable with Steve, never saw her out with George looking this way. Well maybe a few pap pics but not many. They seem to have similar taste.

That Italian Repubblica article is a bunch of baloney about formalization of a couple being "on the red carpet." Have they forgot Mehcad? And yes she is happy, with "publicity." She thrives on publicity, and it is to be had on the red carpet. And asking if a ring is next? Ha Ha !!! That is laughable.

I have seen this same rodeo before with Mehcad Brooks with the red carpet TWICE for the J Edgar Hoover movie and the Brain Cancer book. And where is he to be found in her life now? NOWHERE, but we have smiles to formalize things. To refresh Repubblica's memory of the PREVIOUS happy couple past the George split "getting formalized on the red carpet" :

She’s working a movie premiere (Hit & Run, more on that at this link) with a dude who got famous stapling his balls to his leg and setting himself on fire and she looks more happy, comfortable and dare I say – proud – than she ever did with George Clooney. So here she is with her on-again lover, Steve-O, and they look super happy and like they’re practically related. Look at their faces in this photo, they really look alike. I guess what they say about people being attracted to their facemates or something is true. Also: do you guys do a double-take like I do when you see couples who are dressed alike and look alike? I love seeing couples who are wearing the same color and style clothing and I always wonder if they did it deliberately or if it was a mistake or not.

Steve-O and Elisabetta aren’t dressed alike here, but look at them they’re practically twins if you account for her nosejob. Oh, the last we heard about these two they had broken up in April, and Elisabetta may have hooked up with Lenny Kravitz last month, but of course now they’re together again. It’s like looking in a mirror.

You know what would be awesome? If Elisabetta Canalis was pregnant with Steve-O’s daredevil baby. But it’s probably just the weird waistline on that dress, which only poofs out at certain angles.

I am liking the new Eli she seems happy. She is very pretty when she smiles. I think that is the main reason she was attacked so much when she dated George, she never, ever smiled.

The "old" Eli smiled before just not so much around George, living in the "gilded cage", with her "father." Too controlling an environment there. More smiles on her own away from him or with her friends you are right. No one is controlling her at the moment, so hence she is out of that cage.

The Mayor of Rome Gianni Alemanno arrived in Los Angeles for an official visit, do not miss making a little 'worldliness.

Here are some photos that pop of him in the company of Elisabetta Canalis, whom he met by chance at a gala dinner in honor of the mayor of Rome, held in Beverly Hills by Martha De Laurentiis.
