A day after Stacy Keibler flashed her perfectly-sculpted six pack on Instagram, proving she's not knocked up, she was seen stepping out with Hollywood beau George Clooney.

The pair were seen on a date nearby Clooney's 30-room villa in Lake Como, Italy last night. According to the Daily Mail, they dined at the luxe Villa D'Este Hotel, where Clooney has been seen taking past paramours, including Elisabetta Canalis and Sarah Larson.

Rooms at the luxe hotel average $1,400 per night, and the pair were seen entering its exclusive Italian restaurant hand-in-hand.

George Clooney's gal pal Stacy Keibler crushed rumors she was pregnant with a snap of her six-pack abs on Instagram.
Keibler was photographed wearing black pants and a blazer, and a black pork pie hat. A blousy top covered up those abs of steel she'd revealed in an Instagram photo a day before, quashing rumors she and Clooney were expecting a baby. Clooney wore a black, short-sleeved, button-down shirt.

After debuting on Instagram this week with a pic of her working out in a cropped top, Keibler posted a second photo. But this one was a blurry image of her apparently smooching a fluffy poodle. We can't wait till she gets back in the gym.

I think George can be with whoever he wants. If there is a "THE
ONE" for George she doesn't have to adapt to his A-list status. There are plenty of celebs whose "other half" stay out of the limelight completely or nearly so.

I'm not complaining that he's not a private person. I'm complaining that HE complains about not being able to have privacy, when he goes out of his way to not be private. And I like pictures as much as the next person, but the constant flurry this year compared to previous years seems a bit...much? Planned? I don't know, just odd.

Maybe the stepped up pace is because he's going to be traveling more this summer and he's just trying to fit everything in. We know he a creature of habit. Maybe he's trying to do his favorite things, and hit his favorite restaurants because he leaving to scout locations soon or whatever we keep hearing he has planned. I just wonder if we're going to see them heading off soon.

This year aren't more that two summer ago Same pics, same places and same boat), in Italy him is predictable he goes in same places and paps know his habits!

Yes, I recognize that he's going to all the same places and doing the same things. I just remember these photos being spread out over the course of a summer, not all in the span of two weeks (has it even been two weeks yet?). Seems like a lot of rushing for a vacation.

There out again, going to dinner. I guess no home cooked meals for these two. This is from daily mail today. I am not sure if it was posted. I don't remember what we were calling them, but in one of the bottom pictures behind them, is long haired guy and pale girl. I love that daily mail keeps repeating the same facts. As if they are recycling the story to go along with the photos.

Warning Stacy is wearing a Fedora. What is with the Fedora? Is that her signature look.

He may have his own holiday home in Lake Como, but it doesn't look like George Clooney is spending much time in its kitchen.
The actor and his younger girlfriend Stacy Keibler were spotted dining out for the second night in a row at the Villa D'Este Hotel last night.
But when one of Italy's top restaurants is on your doorstep, who can blame him.

Clooney has been a frequent visitor to Villa D'Este's many on-site restaurants, taking ex-girlfriends Elisabetta Canalis and Sarah Larson to eat there.

As well as being his own favourite in the area, the hotel was actually voted best in the world by Forbes Traveller magazine in 2009.
Clooney, 51, and girlfriend Keibler, 32, arrived in Italy nearly two weeks ago and are staying in his 30-room lakeside villa.

Since buying the 30-room villa 11 years ago, Clooney has entertained a host of Hollywood pals and ex-girlfriends.
In 2010, the villa was at the centre of a bidding war after Clooney became disillusioned with being photographed at the plush villa and put it up for sale.
It was reported that David Beckham was keen to buy it, and negotiations reportedly reached an 'advanced stage'.

Clooney is said to have bought the villa in the town of Laglio for £10million in 2002.
At the time Mayor Roberto Pozzi, said: 'It would be a shame if George went. He has become one of the locals.

A-listers need to stay visible; that's how they stay at the top of their game. It's easier to get papped when you're with a girl; bikini pics sell mags. Yes Lucia, Matt Damon's wife is rarely papped. Does Matt have G's commercial contracts or power as a producer? Wasn't that one of the problems between G and his ex-wife? She was not as comfortable with the constant scrutiny. G should pick an escort who truly understands his lifestyle and enjoys it.

DR I have to disagree with you. A listers like George do not need this kind of coverage to stay relevant. This is the type of coverage that a D-lister uses to improve their status and stay in the media and public eye. George hasn't done this type of PR for years and has maintained more privacy and has still remained relevant and one of the most famous people in the world. His status puts him beyond the need for this PR. He's been doing this since Stacy came on the scene who is a d-lister who has been trying for years to increase her profile and establish a career. Now before all you Stacy lovers jump on me I am not blaming Stacy for this, but it is obvious that George is doing this for her. He has never been this public before and has disappeared at times without it affecting his career. I think George needs to be careful because if anything it could negatively impact him. There is constant questioning of his motives and his integrity not only on this site but also in the media. I understand he wants to try to help Stacy become relevant but he really needs to end the game soon before it really damages him.

George gets papped wherever he goes. I doubt that anyone says "Oh it's George Clooney....oh wait, he's not with Stacy, we don't want his picture now". There are plenty of A-listers and movers and shakers in Hollywood that keep a clear line between job and family.
As for Matt Damon I would guess he doesn't do commercials because he doesn't want to. I've always understood that some actors don't want to be seen in ads. I have no idea if he would like to produce or not.
I think it would change the way people look at George. He might lose some fans who love the rich bachelor lifestyle, but he probably would gain others.

And George was both married and divorced before anyone cared who he was with and where they were having dinner. I don't think the paparazzi could spell his name correctly when he was married, nevermind hunted him down for photographs. "Hey, there's George Clooney from Sunset Beat! Wait! Click! Click!" My understanding is that one of the issues was all the time he spent with the boys over his wife (including their wedding night!).

Just an FYI Matt Damon has produced shows and movies.

You are right Missa, George didn't really have any fame or that much publicity when he was married, all reports have indicated that he was acting like a single man which is why the marriage had its issues.

I think Matt Damon has exactly the life he wants. He is ACTUALLY a private person, who doesn't change his mind about that when it comes time to campaign for awards and doesn't w***e out his relationships for attention.

I don't have a clue what the inside of Matt Damon's refrigerator looks like, and I like him all the more for it.

Of course we're still friends, even though I sometimes disagree with both you and TNMC. Actors do commercials outside the US as it's the best way to get a huge international following. Now I haven't followed G before SK, but I get the feeling someone in G's camp thinks the massive amount of pap pics of "the happy couple" is helping G, which counteracts his more natural desire for a little privacy.

I remember George saying that he did ads in foreign countries as they pay him a lot of money to do it and this money allows him to fund directing projects that he is passionate about.

Just the other day I thought I was so fed up with all that stuff and he should better come up with a new film as this would give him some real A-lister publicity.

If I look at the commercials that are currently on TV, most of them are with our soccer-players, and you hardly ever see them with their wives or girlfriends in public, still they are even more then A-listers.

I remember him saying that too TNMC. I had always read that stars did commercials in others countries so they wouldn't be seen in ads in the US. The outrageous amounts of money paid for one days work was too good to turn down, but they wanted to be perceived as a "movie star" here not as a actor in a commercial. Something, I think, about not wanting it to affect the work they did in movies.

Well Stacy comes with a lot of baggage....mostly to carry all of her fedoras in.....and pale girl and fluffy hubby......and cleanse stuff.

Being an actor in a commercial is still better than parading your private life in public.
And for Stacy: Wouldn't it be better to work on her acting skills than wasting her time with all those staged photo-opps? To become famous for real achievements and not for being the gf-of?

Not for nothing, but if G was not parading his private life around as said above, then sites like these would be non-existent. One minute people are lamenting that George is in hiding and they were desperate for pictures, now the same people complain that there are too many photo opportunities and that he is basically pimping his private life!!

As for Matt Damon, I'm old enough to remember when he was dating Minny Driver and Winona Ryder etc , he was photographed at just about every event in Hollywood and abroad, whether it was his premier or not. Diff between then and now is that Matt has matured and has 4 children to think about.

Matt Damon does a different variety of movies also. He doesn't do the same types of movies over and over

Take a real good look, same place even, all wearing the same clothes and her same shoes even. Same fedora jacket and blouse. We just didn't see these photos when they posted the others. They saved these to fall back on with a planned off day to make it look like they are out yet again for the third time at this restaurant. Make comparisons. I viewed all the older photos i could and saw the same clothes on all.

But not complaining. Let him rest for a night and just say he was out. Sure the staff came up with something great for them.

George was in three Oceans movies, two Spy Kids movies, and two different shows called "ER". Slightly repetitive, although I'm sure what variety in one's filmography has to do with behaving appropriately in public.

And certainly Matt had his moments of being seen places, when he was in his twenties and first becoming famous. Now that he's established and a grown up, he doesn't do that any more. Were George twenty years younger and a newcomer, I wouldn't begrudge him this publicity. That's exactly the point, he and Matt are in similar places career- and life-wise, yet Matt seems able to be successful and keep his private life under his hat. And for the record, Matt has been fairly low-key since meeting his wife, not just since they had the four children to think about. Seems like when it's real, you want to keep it for yourself. Matt certainly has "matured" - and he's nearly ten years younger than George.

As I've said in other threads, SK does not have the innate skills to make it as an actress. In pics she has a limited number of facial expressions. Unlike G she rarely shows warmth and enjoyment in front of a camera. I've seen many wannabes struggle in acting classes to learn skills which cannot always be taught. Still you can be very, very talented and not get acting jobs unless you have the right connections. Massive publicity helps but still SK is too tall and large, compared to other actresses, and that puts her at a big disadvantage.

I don't know why G feels he needs these kinds of pap shots. He often looks so unhappy with SK IMHO; and the "holding hands pics" do NOT change my view. Because of the wash, rinse, repeat aspect I know that others are making fun. Another day, another fancy dinner? No wonder the paps are creating pregnancy rumors to sell another story. What else can they come up with? SK is now dressing more conservatively; will an engagement announcement be coming soon? Will G buy her a ring in Italy? At least we're not getting "SK wants to redecorate" stories. LOL

SK has changed management teams in an effort to get more work. What else can they do for her? The more pap attention, the more likely she will get the same jobs of other fame whores, like being paid thousands to host nightclub parties in Vegas and be photographed for the "news". Personally I think that the media is rapidly getting saturated with reality stars and others trying to make a career out of outrageous behavior. Expect a backlash very soon.

I think Stacy should release a sex tape. It's the easiest way for people without any real talent to increase their profile.

Maybe they can make up some secret girlfriend story...OOH isn't Eli going to be back in Italy soon maybe they will make up cat fight story's..OHHH maybe we will even see them in the Ring!!!!! Someone write a factual story that goes along with the pictures, I know there are some writers out there!

Very funny. LOL. Rumors around that Mrs. K. purposely released her daughters' very kinky sex tape. But WHO would be in SK's? She seems very friendly with that other couple. LOL
