In just five months the newly engaged couple will tie-the-knot on September 20, 2014 in Quebec City, Canada, an insider close to the wedding tells HollywoodLife.com.
We bet it will be beautiful and we can’t wait to see the gorgeous photos! Speaking of pictures, we’ve been told that wedding plans are well underway and that the couple have already hired a wedding photographer and picked venue.
George Proposed To Amal Over A Home-Cooked Meal
The most beautiful part about all of this is that George reportedly proposed to Amal at home!
“George cooked a meal himself for Amal at home on April 22, then he surprised her by getting down on bended knee and presenting her with the ring,” a source told Page Six. “He was so happy she accepted, he was calling friends with the news later that night,” the source continued.
He popped the question with a gorgeous diamond engagement ring, valued at $750,000.
The report also said that the couple would marry this fall.
“It’s only four months away but they want to get married at the end of the summer, in early September, before Amal returns to work,” the source told Page Six.

Makes no damn sense to have it in Canada.

Too freaking cold up there. Not close to anyone who either of them knows.

If they want a more central location then have it in NYC. Lots of flights from London there and the LA folks won't have to take 14 hour flights to get to Europe and vice versa.
