Lautenthal. Where is George Clooeny go? The Brown camp photographer Marzena Makowska observed on Thursday, there is still a drop off during filming on the set Kranichberg six vehicles and drove to Magdeburg Cochstedt. There was already waiting on a private jet Clooney and Matt Damon.

Die Braunlager Fotografin Marzena Makowska beobachtete am Donnerstag, wie sich noch während der Dreharbeiten am Kranichsberg sechs Fahrzeuge vom Set absetzen und zum Flughafen Magdeburg-Cochstedt fuhren. Dort wartete schon ein Privatjet auf Clooney und Matt Damon.

Who knows Hana? In any case, for George it can't be a vacation, just a weekend and possibly he's filming if he's with Matt.

Long weekend off? Germany celebrates Ascension Day on 9th May 2013 (Thursday) so may be he gave everyone a long weekend off and he had gone to Como for a couple of days seeing he isn't going to get a full summer in this year? Ascension Day is noted as a Public Holiday.

Ten days after Ascension Day is Pentecost (Whitsuntide) which commemorates the coming of the Holy Spirit to the disciples. Pentecost ends the cycle of Easter related events in the Christian Calendar.

Did you know? Germany also celebrates Father's Day on the same date.

I'd bet its just a quick break for them all. They've pretty much been going strong since NOvember. Maybe a week off and then back to the grind? Doubt they'll film anything there. That's his home.

Hollywood star George Clooney has left the country on Friday. Along with Matt Damon, the actor got into a jet at the Regional Airport Magdeburg-Cochstedt.
George Clooney has left Saxony-Anhalt. Along with Matt Damon, he flew on Friday on the Cochstedt. Before departure, the 51-year-old was used loosely. Clooney held in recent weeks for the filming of his movie "The Monuments Men's" both in the resin and in Merseburg.

Hopefully George will find some fresh jeans ??

Just rechecked the book - and unless they're going back to film in Neuschwanstein in the Bavarian Alps on the way back to the Harz region - maybe all the cars that left headed in different directions for the weekend............

sounds like a weekend off. Might as well go to his home than continue to stay at a hotel.

I think it`s only a little break for a few days, because i read in the newspaper, George works over Pfingsten in Germany. The street in Hellertal will be completely inhibit.

Me too! "Where is George Clooney go?" needs to be the name of the next "Where is George" thread.

I'll bet he went to the Marbella house instead. Swiss airport prolly a ruse. Even the "airing of the Villa" could have been a ruse, because it always gets an airing every year. Think something may be up or secretly underfoot. Tho I have no doubt that he will use the Villa at the end of June to edit the film.

George to leave his filming just to relax? Doesn't seem to be his style. He could easily have taken a few days off there and relaxed. But he gave everybody time off. Think there either is a promotion to do and festival he doesn't want to miss or...something is happening in Spain about right now that he wants to participate in. Spottings only. No pics. Thats unusual at Laglio, where the paps are always ready. Something is up and I think it will be for more than the weekend. Just a feeling, or hunch I sometimes get.

It makes sense that he would take some time off and go to italy, its not that far from Germany by plane. I'm sure he will be back to work in a few days. maybe he wanted to do some editing work and get some piece and quiet at the same time. Not sure why people find this suspicious afterall George is a creature of habit.

I don't think the press were waiting for George they all knew he was filming in Germany. He just hasn't been out to be papped.

Lugano Airport is about 40 km from Laglio (by car). The two Milan airports are approximately 70 km from Laglio (still in car).
Maybe that's why he chooses the airport of Lugano

Matt and George just came back to Germany. They landed about 3 hours ago in Cochstedt.

Quick weekend trip then. Maybe auditioning the new girls?
