Going back on topic to ensure we don't get in trouble with Katie...I'm sorry to be so snarky but when Stacy preaches about food or fitness, I want to sit on her with my big butt.

I don't appreciate any celeb who have personal trainers and chefs, who's job is basically being fit and who spend the day doing nothing but exercising and seemed so consumed by every calorie they consume, telling me how to live my life. When she has to work 12 hour days at a computer, shop and cook her own food, do her own makeup and clothing choices and exercise on her own without going to expensive clubs or working out with a personal trainer...then she can tell me how to live my life!

I know its irritating at times all these celebs, the ones that annoy me the most are the ones whose stomachs shrink back to pre-pregnant state almost immediately aaaggh.

Well Stacy doesn't have a regular job like us, think her job is to make the most of her assets and can afford the time etc to do it right. Go to March chit chat and read what I have to say next so I wont be moderated by Katie!!

Sorry to go off topic, but Virginia Wolfe suffered several nervous breakdowns and several periods of depression. Some think that was caused by the death of her mother when she was 13, the death of her half sister when she was 15, suffering sexual abuse by two half brothers and the death of her father. If one reads her suicide note to her husband she appeared to have been deeply depressed again and felt she couldn't go through all that again.
Considering all that she went through it would appear that she was a very brave woman as well as a very talented writer.

Absolutely, Jo. Studied her work and always felt her reflective writing was often an indication of her fragility. Reading that quote in isolation made me think back to her novels and try to remember which one that quote came from.....

PAN, also trying to figure out where that quote came from. As a young woman I began reading Virginia Woolf. I love the way she can turn words so beautifully. Her suicide was such a loss.

Per the quote, this is pretty funny; there is a site called Brainy Quote. That quote is right there on the front page of Virginia Woolf quotes. Think she gets a lot of her words of wisdom from this site. Found a few others. Somehow, and I may be very wrong, I don't see her sitting down with Virginia's Mrs. Dalloway while tanning in George's back yard!

She is the former professional wrestler who has been grappling with a desire for a new career. And it seems Stacy Keibler's time is about to come, as she was spotted sporting a smile as she left the set of her new show Supermarket Superstar on Tuesday. The former WWE Babe of the Year seemed in high spirits after a tough day of shooting in Los Angeles

Stacy, best known for being Geroge Clooney's current squeeze, looked in fine figure in a red cardigan, white T-shirt and black jeans. Her Dragons' Den-esque show will see aspiring food product inventors pitch their concepts to a panel of experts. The mentors will then critique each idea, with contestants then further developing and refining their prototypes before presenting the finished article to a top supermarket buyer.

While it may not sound the most ground-breaking of ideas, the Lifestyle show does have some solid pedigree behind it. It is being produced by Project Runway makers The Weinstein Co and Undercover Boss company Studio Lambert. However television fans will surely be wondering if it can live up to the genius of Dale Winton vehicle Supermarket Sweep.

Stacy's wrestling career ran from 2001 to 2006, with a brief comeback in 2011. She had memorable matches against the likes of Victoria and Molly Holly, but perhaps her most unforgettable rumble was her losing effort in the first ever bra and panties match-up, where she and Torrie Wilson lost out to Trish Stratus and Lita in 2001.

Okay, well, the Woolf quote is from 'A room of one's own', and I get the significance of why Stacy twittered it ( the alternative past tense version of the word is not an option!) , and I really don't mind anyone quoting stuff like this, cos it brings it a wider audience.

What they do with it, or think about it is obviously up to them

Guess I'm the odd man out here. I find most of her tweets either irritatingly preachy or completely without imagination. But then, that's just me. And, in spite of what you may think, I don't dislike Stacy. I just think she's a bit like a vanilla pudding...a little boring. Wasn't around for the last girlfriend but based on the archives, she at least had a little personality. Very Happy

I don't even think she goes to that much effort. She probably gets a twitter feed of inspirational/motivational quotations and forwards the ones that resonate with her. If I was on twitter I might even be able to figure out where she is getting them, but I am not.
