Waiting to hear more good spanish songs here then..

This one is not spanish, but he is not machista either for sure.

Saw this last night beginning at 00.07 after “Bond Dinner”. Skyfall is beautiful and sophisticated film. Name Skyfall is perfect for it. Scenes in Shanghai were vibrant and stylish. But mostly it has been filmed in UK. London, M16, the palace of Westminster, London Eye and… iconic buildings and London underground. And Scotland – wow scenery is breathtaking, austere but beautiful.

Daniel Graig is my favorite Bond. Memorable scene: he is drinking alone at the beach bar.

What I didn´t know and it was a pleasant surprise Javier Bardem was the bad guy “Silva” in it, very good performance.

Good one, all I can say.

I need to clean here, glad it´s dark … Friday night and having a potluck dinner, my Italian friend is bringing vitello tonnato, yammy. I have various kinds of meat, cheese (raclette, gryere…) and chard leaves. Bought chestnuts but no idea what to do with them…I´ll google some recipe.

made a cut on them (be carefull!)
put them for some hours into water ( to make them easier to peel of)

cook and enjoy!

when done put them in a bowl
and cover with a wet kitchen towel
to keep them warm
and again easier to peel of

my dinner will be (unusually...)

Oh I should have checked here before I put those chestnuts in the oven.

My first time and I didn´t make sure to cut them all deep enough through the shell. So some of them exploded... and to peel them while still warm...
