He doesn't do public walks with Stacy at the ides premieres only the Descendants. Maybe because one is a serious politics movie and the other family oriented.

He looks less tired like he got some rest.

The Paris premiere yesterday was about Ides of March not The Descendants.

He looks good standing next to Evan Rachel. And she's wearing 3" heels. JMHO

The combination is the blue-black Armani man. But Stacy has left the Moulin Rouge?

I don't think that is it, either:
to much negative publicity on them and he sent her home
she is not allowed to walk the red carpet and slipped in through side door
she is still in Paris and he gave her a credit card to shop
she had so many career commitments she had to get back to the states.

Right MyGirl, that poor girl definitely needs help from dress to hair styling. She's nice arm candy for him now but if she's going to be with him through awards season I think he should hire a stylist and an assistant who could take care of malfunctions like her tape slip which had to be so embarrassing for her and him. Don't understand anyway how he didn't notice the tape before pictures were taken. Apparently he's a leg man and not a boob man.

i think this girl is very strong but not used to all the can can that happened in ny and paris;she probably felt bad about her overdressing and all the bad comments around;she just takes a breath and reappear with the same smile stuck on her face;the more i see her the more i think shell be staying;shes very different from canalis imo,she got that place and shell try in every way to stay,whatever will be on blogs and comments;one girls who does wrestling must be ready to anything,imo

OK she's not as rich as George, but reportedly she does have 4.5 million of her own "hard-earned" (cough, cough, splutter) cash. Why the hell should George pay for anything? She can afford to pay for her own dresses, dressers, stylists etc, and as she's such an independant person I'd think she's want to. She's getting enough "compensation" living an A-lister life for a little while.

Maybe George didn't notice the tape because he wasn't looking at her. Contrary to what the tabloids tell us, he hardly looked at her. One or two times yes, but definately not the "he-can't-keep-his-eye's-off-her" crap that the tabs say. Loved-up couple. Where? Cos it certainly ain't them.

i mean ,they have some time to prepare their dressing...its not that clooney on monday said oh well i now remember that i have to go to paris,pick up something and come...

I'm with you Charley I keep reading how he can't take his eyes of her and how attentive he is. I've seen one picture of him looking at her the rest really don't show what they are trying to sell. It is funny that now once again Stacy disappears did she even get to London? Or did he just give up on yet another fashion blunder and send her home to do another cleanse? George wouldn't have been happy people thought she looked pregnant either. It does seem odd that she isn't on his arm after showing up in New York and Paris. Maybe George is seeing if he can get as much attention on his own? I do like that suit and he does seem more relaxed without her there. I guess he isn't so worried about being pictured with Evan now as one of the stories suggested!

Could she have gotten sick if it was raining in Paris?

No, Paris was a Premiere of the IOM movie to open in theateres.

In some of the photos of them leaving she was carring a black over coat.

I think if she had her druthers, she'd be in London. She loves all this attention (from the press, not George cos as I said, there's not much there). She loves walking a real red carpet, instead of the whatever-colour-they-are when she attends these gaming show thingys. If she's not in London then it's not her choice. Maybe she was told NY and Paris and that's all. I don't think she's that mortified by the sticky tape showing that she'd pass up another red carpet appearance. I just think she wasn't invited to London.

That was quite obvious at the TFF when she was the "big star" Poser walking on her own.

It is odd she isn't there. Unless she shows up later which really will make it look even stranger. What makes her good enough for one you red carpet but not another plus it's going to kill all these loved up stories on how George can't bear to be apart for her apparently he can! Besides with all her healthy living a little cold weather shouldn't have hurt her.

Goats and Mr Fox premiered in London a day or two apart and Canalis was there for both - one of them in that ghastly pink/white satin monstrocity with the overdone thirties make-up and hair. So it sticks out like a sore thumb that Cracy isn't there. IF she turns up for The Descendants that would make her non-appearance for IOM even more noticeable.

It's going to look strange though maybe she is busy trying to find a dress that fits.

Or just possibly she's ill and can't go. Did any of the film's other stars bring their partners on the red carpet with them?

I don't know why he'll bring her out here and not over there (well I don't really understand why he'll bring those girls to the red carpet at all, but never mind)
but just an idea that pop in my head (it's early so I could talk nonsense) I don't remember a press conf in Paris, basically just photo op on the red carpet, nothing more, and she's there. In London : press conf. so more serious questions... not there. Likewise in TIFF (no red carpet together then, even if she was there). I didn't catch up enough for New York or LA so I'm not sure if the theory follow through (and I'm sure somebody here will correct me if not...) but could it be about how much press they'll have to do with her around ?
