This guy is a hairstylist of some reputation, actor and jewellery designer based in NYC. Another pic on his facebook page of part of Bememlems Bar in the Carlye referencing them......

Weird that he took the picture of George in secret at the bar. You would think people "who have some Reputation" have some resprect.
Don't get me wrong. I'm glad he did as I was missing new pics of George

So true, Nicky. The Carlyle would take a pretty dim view of this. That is why it's highly regarded, and it's not what you do. No wonder it's so grainy. Appears to belong to two different people too.......

Yea they look good and happy together. Not nice that their moment was intruded upon by a cell phone pic. But it'd nice to see them enjoying a sweet moment together.
