There's some information here. But it doesn't look like any live streaming.
Apart from the Red Carpet on E!.....

It looks like "waiting for you tube excerpts" will have to suffice. Basketball

Apparently the E News crew were all wearing t-shirts that read Game Over, referring to George being off the market. Twitter reports that neither George or Amal were amused; George responded with "Oh, ok. Are we done?"

I don't know why he went anywhere near Rancic, she's a nutcase.
