I had not paid for it... I got my poster a couple of weeks ago ... so how?

I am going to wrap myself up in it (it's kinda large) write to Omaze and offer to pay for it ...and image it's a spooky hug from my hunky G....x

Well that's nice - I got nothing from George for MY Omaze donation so just smile and do consider it that much needed hug!  Sometimes things happen for a reason!

No plans for summer holiday here yet. Difficulties to manage the coming weekend. I´m in the middle of two men! How crazy is that.

ANZAC.... Australian and New Zealand Army Corps, so very important to remember that the Kiwi's were there with us.

Yes it is Anzac Day today and the perfect occasion to remember the sacrifices that so many of these young men made, incredibly brave and sadly way too young. Lest we forget!!

So sorry for your horrible day WWHS-- and glad the surprise shirt arrived to make it better! I got the two T-shirts commensurate with my investment in Omaze chances last week. I think the design is really fun! Hope you enjoy yours.

Just saw a documentation about traffic in LA. 

LA is the city with most cars from the whole US, 12 Millions cars. Obviously too many. A person who lives in LA spent around 62 hours in a year in a traffic jam that is around 8 working days. WOW .....Wonder what happens in 5 or 10 years... Feel sorry for people who live there

I live here and traffic is nuts. I take side streets so not so many traffic jams. And since my accident last year, and still not able to work, I dont drive the 200-300 miles a day. I dont miss it either. But I am moving from my current apt as soon as I am able. I live on a busy intersection and for about three hours a day the traffic is so backed up at the stoplight that I can t open my windows due to exhaust smell in the apt. Between that and my upstairs noisy neighbors that never sleep, Im outta here!

Thanks. I wish beat-pad games had never been invented. There seven kids, 17-22 that live above me, that can jump for hours! And they smoke meth, which permeates into my apt thru the walls

playfuldeb, i was in that area a few years ago the traffic was NUTS. I've been in quite a few cities but LA and even Palo Alto, i've never seen such unpredictable car walls.......

Absolutely, Playfuldeb, get out of there as soon as you can. Meth heads are bad news. So are fumes (I live on a 6 lane street so you have my sympathies on that) and noisy upstairs neighbors are the pits! We call ours "Thumbelina". When she runs to pee at 3AM our light fixtures shake and clank! Hope you don't have to stay there much longer.

Not to be giving you any ideas *cough cough* but once you move find an obscure payphone (not anywhere near any cameras) and call the police and tell them you suspect they're cooking meth in that apartment. (Wear a wig, hoodie, sunglasses and several layers of clothes to make you look heavier).

That will bring the cops out PDQ! brahahahaha!
