Actually, I get the impression he likes to spend as much time at Lake Como during summer so if he has business meetings, he'd probably go just before he's due.

The photos from It's Me's Japanese link show he was shooting a Maserati ad yesterday, but Frenchiesfans blog doesn't have more info.
