I've never heard of him renting it out. I don't see him wanting strangers wandering around their home.

I doubt they'd rent the Como house to anyone, although they might lend it to friends. I do wonder if they maintain staff at any of their properties when they're not in residence - or do they just lock everything up and have a caretaker on site? I would think all the publicity about how much money they spent fixing up their homes makes them a magnet for thieves.
