I don't think it's AJ & BBT.
I don't follow gossip so can't 2nd guess anyone else but I believe AJ & her first husband Tommy (don't know last name) wore each others blood vials around neck.

Also, other clue it's not her:
I read a nasty comment once that BBT mentioned "sleeping with the sexiest woman in the world is like "f@#!ing the couch." It's easily Googled.
(Btw, awww, too bad for BBT. She probably wasn't into him...)

This is from a different interview she says it wasn't a vial but like a flower press but there was blood in it.

On anything she's said that she wishes she hadn't (like all that business about wearing the vial of Billy Bob Thornton's blood around your neck when you two were married): No! It was never a vial anyway. It was like a flower press. It was like from a slight cut on your finger and you press your fingerprint in. It was kind of a sweet gesture. I thought it was kind of romantic! I still love him dearly and think the world of him and I'm proud to have been his wife for a time. I don't believe in regrets. Oh, ok. Thanks. Apparently her first husband, Jonny Lee Miller did the blood vial exchanging too & she allegedly wrote his name in blood on her wedding dress.
She must hold deep symbolism for blood.
Lucky for Brad Pitt if she outgrew this trend.

Yea, I always found it kind of strange.

As to Brad, who knows he might have been into it!

Speaking of Brad for many years I had a difficult time taking him seriously. He was in a film, not sure which one, but he was sitting on a couch smoking weed out of a bong he'd made from a Honey Bear. You know, those honey containers that look like a bear?

So he's sitting on a couch and sucking the smoke out of the bear's belly button area.

Yep, I know those honey bear containers & I vaguely recall the film which I saw on TV & that scene alone. Very early on in his career.
But, hey, he doesn't take himself too seriously & shows a mischievous sense of humor, on & off screen...

Who can take him seriously even in recent films like Burn After Reading?

Maybe he takes AJ's eccentricities with good-natured amusement. Or she's changed, busy being a mom, director, actor & humanitarian activist....
