I know he will do anything he can for SB I was just saying I doubt it will be as crazy as this past year....it seemed like the whole process snowballed on him....this year might not be as intense....that's all .... Smile

Didn't G's PR push boost knowledge of and attendance at "The Descendants?" And did he mean that he wasn't going to campaign as hard in the future, or that he was not going to have another controversial but paps generating PR girlfriend?

You tell us Davida! We don't know what George is going to do until George does it. I would assume he's going to Lake Como as he does most summers, for awhile anyway. I'm sure he's going to work on Monuments Men and perhaps get ready for The Monster of Florence, but until we see him or hear him, we won't know what he's going to do.

No, I think it means he's not going to do the countless screenings, interviews and Q & As he did for "The Descendants." He was definitely a good PR soldier for the studio and it was a grind. I asked him if doing so much PR was tiring, but in typical George fashion he didn't complain about it.

But you know, he said "never again" when he felt worn out and dejected, so we'll see.

Well it was really over the top all those screenings. I wouldn't have done it, no way ! If you have a good script, the movie will sell itself. alien
