Nice pic of George and Stacy. She finally looks properly dressed for a red carpet. Only complaint - slit too high. Why do they have to make them so entire leg is exposed? So much more elegant if the slit stopped just above knee.

The 50-year-old actor brought along his 32-year-old gal pal for the New York Film Festival screening of the flick.

George looks anything but relaxed with her. Maybe making up for the short trip to Cabo and the not being there for her birthday. Stacy looks better but the dress is very see through and I don't like the top. Taking her to London and Paris might be too much for him! Stacy looks like her smile is pasted on and not real. I don't see a happy couple here George can't even look at her. I'm still thinking fling....... I think maybe she should think of wearing smaller heels George looks so short next to her and small.

Hello all! Lurker here and I have insomnia and am entertaining myself catching up on the latest. This actually brought me out of my lurker closet. Pictures 129427553-129427560 identify her as Sarah Larson. It made me lol. Not making fun of Stacy. Just funny considering the whole girlfriend saga. If I was in her shoes I would be one pissed off puppy to be listed as an old one. It would hurt my pride! They sure do look alike though!

Let me tell you because i was there. She showed up for these pics and disappeared. I never saw her walking in ( but i could be wrong) . When he was inside Alice Tulley, she was not next to him (he was walking side by side with payne and i think stan was nearby) i actually didnt see her after these pics were taken. Oh and i saw him leaving one screening doing red carpet and going to the 9pm screening. She just vanished and she was not all that. Let mme tell you that i noticed he was uncomfortable inside alice tulley when he saw people were taking pics of him.

Those are probably the most awkward pictures of two people I've ever seen. Makes the ones of him with Canalis and Sarah Larson look natural and happy in comparison!

Anyway, whatever's really going on between them both, it's very clear that George Clooney wants everyone to think he's dating Stacy Keibler.

Yep he does and Stacy is thrilled about it but these pictures actually give some people ammunition for their fantasies. They just don't look like a couple newly madly in love. George isn't relaxed around her at all. Not sure she is going to make it through to awards season if he is already looking this uncomfortable with her. Of course he may be in pain too but when she isn't around like at the Q&A he seemed far more relaxed.

Two things that come to mind:

1. George is incredibly embarrassed because he knows how dumb he looks standing next to his girlfriend 20 years younger than him. This really is return of Grandpa George, isn't it?

2. Remember introducing your boyfriend to your parents for the first time and how awkward that moment was? Now imagine doing it on the red carpet to the world's press.

The man totally doesn't want to be there with the woman he's standing next to, does he?

Agreed! It's great for tall women to be comfortable in heels and being taller than most men around them, but there is something about it with these two that makes it seem inconsiderate on her part. At least wear lower ones on the first red carpet together so it won't draw so much attention to how tall (or short super cool

She waited in the wings for him while he walked the red-carpet with co-star Ryan Gosling at the L.A premiere of his movie Idles Of Marches, last month.

But last night, George Clooney's new girlfriend Stacy Keibler was front row and centre as the couple made their first official red-carpet debut at the New York premiere of his new film, The Descendants.

While most women may have been nervous about the big moment, the 32-year-old blonde was anything but, slipping into a sheer black gown, which was slashed to the thigh, for the occasion

George, 51, looked like the cat that got the cream as he showed off his confident lady to the crowd at the 49th Annual New York Film Festival, held at Lincoln Center.

Stacy's racy dress clung to the former wrestler's curves and featured a sheer cut-out pattern on the front and rather large split, which strategically ended right at the top of her thigh.

The 5'11 blonde let her halterneck frock do all the talking by paring the ensemble with minimal accessories, including a simple black clutch and modest earrings

Looking toned and tanned, the actress and model was simply glowing, wearing neutral make-up and her blonde tresses in a simple hairstyle.

Meanwhile, George looked dapper in a charcoal suit, which he paired with a white shirt and navy tie.

He couldn't keep his eyes off his new girlfriend, holding on tight to her and not once letting go.

The couple went public with their relationship last month, and ever since, George and Stacy have had no problems showering each other with affection in front of the cameras

The loved-up pair were pictured arriving in Mexico last week, and they clearly couldn't keep their hands off of each other.

The former wrestler hugged her famous beau and whispered sweet nothings into his ear after they landed in Cabo San Lucas.

George had whisked the leggy blonde away to enjoy some quality time together as their romance continues to blossom.

Stacy looked smitten with the actor and hugged him tight whilst clutching her passport.

The former Dancing With The Stars contestant also tweeted a photograph of the couple's getaway destination with the caption: 'Chasing the last days of "summer" #paradise.'

No doubt George had whisked his girlfriend away to the idyllic location to celebrate her 32nd birthday, which was on Friday.
The couple reportedly checked into the Puffy Taco Resort & Casino which is co-owned by TV personality, Ryan Seacrest and Aerosmith front man, Steven Tyler.

The resort is described as the most luxurious hotel in Cabo San Lucas with each of the rooms, including a state-of-the-art Olympic-sized jacuzzi, only the best for George and his girl.

He and Stacy made their first public appearance together last month at the Toronto Film Festival, but before that went to great lengths not to be photographed together as a couple

He reminds me of someone I know. Can't be alone and needs someone to idolize him without question which translates to the girls he dates. Younger and not so bright. Harder to pass off the older a man gets. It turns from knowing they're just having fun while it lasts to somewhat sad. Plus the girls are clueless. She's looking at him like she just got crowned homecoming queen and will never pick up that he is uncomfortable. One of my first thoughts was there wasn't one picture I would want to keep if I were her. But it probably won't bother her as long as she looks good

If I had to put money on it, I'd say no. She'll look back and remember how awesome it was to date George Clooney. Some people don't evolve much past homecoming queen. She seems like she might be one of them but she seems sweet enough and relatively harmless.

I don't think it's her fault he looks/is unhappy. Guess being an accomplished millionaire movie star doesn't make you immune to the inevitable question of what makes you happy. scratch

Couple of ideas....

Maybe after the two year pap /attention every timethey left the premises hoopla with Canalis, he doesn't want that kind of fuss and attention on his relationship this time. Maybe he learnt from that and whilst understands that his private life is of interest and other than professional reasons, he is working at keeping it as quiet and as out of the press as he can (which I think we here have called out for). Considering how often in the Canalis years the paps just happened to catch them together so very often, maybe he doesn't want to participate in that again. Do they look comfortable - not really but it is a very fake environment and he seems protective of her. And yeah, she is playing coy in some of those shots but is loving the attention. She is not yet staging pap candids to bolster her own career and coverage off his name - she is still towing the line and therefore, got another red carpet.

Or maybe he looks unhappy as he hates that to get attention for a film where he plays a dramatic role - where others would be lauded for the gig but when it is George, it barely gets a mention - he has to parade a new girl in front of the paps at the premiere to ENSURE that he is in the mags next week. There was a time when he didn't have the hustle so hard, he automatically got coverage and people went to see his films. .

Or maybe he just really wants that Oscar and whilst he won't campaign within the studio system to get votes, he will do everything he can to get mass attention to the film and his role.

Like the dress on her - I couldn't wear it personally. Not thrilled with the neckline though but she has the body to make it work. The thigh high slit is very Angelina but on Stacty it looks a bit budget. Better than Toronto. Looks like this time she dressed for herself, not what she thought was expected of her in the role of GF of. The dress is youthful and the hair down works for her as it is more relaxed. She looks like herself and like the type of outfit she would have wore (if she could get Versace) prior to George.

That dress is so sheer it is tacky. Sorry but I have stockings that have the same effect. It does explain all the cleansing! George really has no choice but to put his hand on her butt her back it too high up. The same moves, awkward hand holding, George actually showing no interest in girl of the moment. Usually he doesn't get this distant till the end not the first big red carpet out. Eli did better on her first night in Venice and looked better then Stacy does. Can you imagine how bad it's going to be if George decides to drag her around to all the award shows? That's another 6 months of Stacy and her cleanses. I guess we can see if she is having one it could be a clue she is going somewhere big. I really don't think Stacy is aware of George looks she just cares how she looks. Her friends are all probably thinking how they can benefit so far a paid trip to Cabo and a big birthday bash. Doesn't Stacy have some work soon? I thought she had a lot of projects going? Your right Katie it is sad and so early on it seems even worse.

Why doesn't she just look taller than him when she's got heels on, rather than ginormous? In the pics of them at LAX going to NY when she's got flats on they look the same size. but as soon as she puts heels on, she not only looks taller but her shoulders look huge, her hips look wide and her head looks enourmous. It's not just these last pics where she's in front of him, but the ones on the carpet too. It's really strange.

I think she looks nice and he is handsome, but he really does in these pictures look so much older than her. I am sure her father isn't much older than George. I also think as long as she can take it she will stick around and when she wants more than he can give, she will go on her way. It is certainly right now not hurting her career for now.

On a high note, I think Cracy looks great, hair, makeup, and I love her dress, but I personally think it's way inappropriate for this event - the sheer cutout (which become more sheer when those photo flashes hit it)make it look like it came out of the Chonga store from the mall. And honestly, I'm so sick of her robo-smile.

George just looks pathetic to me, sorry. He looks sooo old next to her, like she's out with her father. I think her height only accentuates this.

That dress makes her shoulders look like she's wearing football pads.

Also, I think with ALL the money George has and all the contacts/access he has in the fashion industry - that SOMEBODY could have come up with a better dress than this.

She looks like something out of a futuristic terminator movie (or a WWE wrestler).

Sorry, this dress screams GET A FUCKING STYLIST!

At least Eli (I can't believe I'm going to use her as an example) looked ELEGANT in that blue gown she wore to the Venice Film Festival. (At least I think that's when she wore it) she had her misses too but damn this dress sucks!

At least she's not wearing her hair with a bird's nest in it!

Geesh, George spend some money and get her a better stylist and some access to better clothes. And if she's picking the outfits, then make her stop!

Charley I think it is do to the angle of the picture and she is walking a head of him.
