Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber have accepted a $45 million offer on their sprawling mansion in the exclusive Encinal Bluffs section of Malibu.
Cindy, 52, and Rande, 56, had been asking $50 million for their private beachfront property, which sits on three acres and spans 5,254 sq. ft on the inside, with four bedrooms and six bathrooms.
Among the amenities included with the abode, which was built in 1944 and subsequently renovated, include a media room, an in-ground pool, a villa, a tennis court, and a path that provides direct access to the shore.

The home's master includes two bathrooms with a fireplace and a spacious area for visitors. One of the home's other bedrooms includes a separate entrance with kitchen area.

According to Trulia, Crawford and Gerber bought the property three years ago for a total of $50.5 million, investing more into the renovation.
The stunning couple, parents to 18-year-old Presley Gerber and 16-year-old Kaia Gerber, have been active on the real estate market over the past year, shelling out $12 million for a Beverly Hills estate last fall.
They were snapped Thursday at the Los Angeles American Film Institute function honoring Rande's close friend and Casamigos business partner George Clooney.

It seems like they've gotten into the real estate business. Besides this place and the place in Beverly Hills they've got the NY condo and the place in Mexico. I think they may also have a place in Canada.

I guess I'd make a lousy rich person, because I can't see owning property you hardly ever use (unless it's an income property you lease or rent to others). All their homes are high end real estate in expensive locations. Between taxes and upkeep they must cost a small fortune to maintain. Maybe that's why they're selling this one. Maybe they're not using it enough to make it worth keeping.

Well it could be that they share the same theory as George who always said he prefers to own property or land than have shares.

It made me laugh to hear the figure when I think of all the fuss there seemed to be about George and Amal's place in Sonning costing £10 million......

Yep I think they have a lake place near Toronto. I guess when you've earned a billion from Casamigos...........

I remember reading about this house when they bought it, they purchased it as a flip. Simply to fix and sell.

Their actual beach home is even more beautiful than this one .

Well, if they're in the real estate business, they're not very good at it.

They bought it for over $50.5M, put money - probably a ton of it - into renovations, then sold it for $45M? That's probably a $6M loss. Maybe stick to entertainment and tequila.
