Looks impressive -and possibly long overdue in terms of the sociodoc nature of the subject and how they all get treated at the end of their service.......

Sounds really interesting!
I'll have to wait if they show it over the pond as well, not sure about that. But if it gets a lot of coverage in the States, people get to know that there are women fighting for the US Army in wars, and so are blacks, native americans and - believe it or not - muslims!

It is interesting and a story that probably not too many people are aware of. Great idea for Lysa Heslov to tell these women's stories in the context of the Ms. Veteran America competition.
Really good interview with Lysa and last year's contest winner on their site. Looks like they don't expect much help on the federal level with Trump at the helm. But I do think they could reach out to women in the Congress who have served in the military. The Senator from Illinois Tammy Duckworth comes to mind. She is a double amputee who served in the Iraq War.
