Just read the news about Carrie's death. Really sad. She was such a talented writer too. Brutally honest about herself, her life and Hollywood.

Wonder if her past drug use may have weakened her heart ... to die so young.

I agree. This has been a horrible year .... not only because of our election but because we have lost what seems to be an unprecedented number of talented artists.

Didn't know Miguel Ferrer was supposed to be sick. For what it's worth, I checked out which sites were reporting the stroke/cancer stories and found I didn't recognize any of them. I read a couple of stories and the syntax led me to believe they originated outside the US. (No insult intended to anyone. It's just that some of the phrasing is awkward.)

If that's the case, how would they know if he's sick or not? They're either getting their info through the grapevine or making it up. If he really is sick, I would expect it to show up in the industry trades. Until that happens I choose to remain skeptical.

Ferrer says in a tweet that no one would know who the other boys are. They aren't in show business. The other guys don't look familiar to me either.

IM, Bryan Lourd is George's agent at CAA. He used to be married to Carrie Fisher and they had a daughter called Billie.

He is now married to Bruce Bozzi, owner of the Palm restaurants and they were both at George and Amal's wedding

thanks for the video, I really enjoyed watching it!
We've got a similar group of pilotes who fly handicapped people (mostly children) with their own planes when they want to go on a holiday but can't get there because they are not able to sit in a car ot a train for several hours or the family has no car.

Watching this always gives me a humbling feeling...

Ladybug - The thing is, George and the Gerbers used to go to their homes in Cabo but those were sold. I don't think the new homes have been built yet, so if they're in Cabo they'd have to either stay with friends or in a hotel. It might be easier and a lot more private to stay home. (Take your pick of LA, Sonning, NY or even visiting the folks in Kentucky. His dad is getting up there and he might want to spend as much time with him as he can.)

Mm, well the only people saying that they were buying a much bigger project were TMZ........and who knows? That could be NYC.

As for the Christmas/NY holidays the Gerbers are in St Barts and Anguilla. But several of their friends seem to be in LA.........
