He's believed to be hosting a post-wedding celebration this weekend alongside his new wife, Amal.
And on Friday morning, George Clooney was spotted arriving at London's Heathrow Airport as he jetted back to the UK ahead of the happy occasion. 
The 53-year-old actor looked fresh-faced and relaxed as he wandered through the arrivals terminal, in spite of his long transatlantic flight.

Here comes the groom: George Clooney was spotted arriving at London's Heathrow Airport on Friday morning as he jetted back to the UK ahead he and wife Amal's wedding party 
Holding his mobile phone in his hand, the Hollywood megastar opted for a low-key ensemble, rocking a simple hoodie and jeans, while injecting a touch of A-list glamour with a pair of dark shades as he prepared to be reunited with his wife.   

The Danesfield House Hotel & Spa in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, has reportedly been exclusively booked by Amal's parents for a wedding celebration this weekend.
A big white marquee has been erected near the house set in 65 acres of private land, just six miles away from the Grade II listed building George and his accomplished lawyer wife have allegedly bought as their new home.

Thanks Melbert. He looks so good. What you wanna bet he's got that Casamigos' t-shirt on underneath that hoodie. He must be so excited to see Amal. Wonder if they Skype?

Love the way DM described his outfit "low-key ensemble". Yea, jeans and a sweatshirt.

I bet they do skype it really is a great way to keep in touch. Nothing like seeing the person your talking with.

I've just come back from US and can't sleep on the flight!!! But then I'm in the cattle truck! Shame we couldn't match flight dates!! Bet it's terminal 3, such a long way from the other bits of Heathrow.

That LA to London flight is really long. I do hope he sleeps well on planes. He has said many times that he does not sleep well in general.

The house they "allegedly" bought?  Isn't the Daily Mail the one who reported that they did?

fava, yes I think the Daily Mail was first to report that they bought this house in Oxfordshire (sp?). I might be wrong. The Mirror UK reported in late May that they had bought a house in Kent that was owned by a producer. That story didn't pan out though. But no one has actually confirmed that they have bought a house.

I don't think anyone will confirm the house was bought by them.

Did he fly commercial?

Don't know, but recognise that look from both of them. Where the hell did I park the car? Which floor was it on? Oh, so familiar..........Heathrow nightmare.....

I can't find it either Nicky. I wonder if has to do with how big Gio looks next to George. Maybee Donald Trumph is right, maybee George is very small.

Been in a hotel reception area not a million miles from Our Hero, and he's not short. Unbelievably slim, but not short at all......

George is 5'11 so Gio is taller by a few inches.

Sorry about the disappearance.   There was nothing newsworthy in the article.  The only difference from the DM article is that JJ had Gio pics. That goes to show that we MUST post the article too as things change, or in this case disappear.  My bad! 

What happened to his right face?
A spot on the cheek. It wasn't there in Wednesday photos.

Sevens I noticed that dark spot too in the DM pics. I thought maybe it was something wrong in the pics themselves. But in every shot it's in the same location. Maybe he nicked himself shaving. And, you are right, it wasnt on his face on Wednesday.
