Thanks Lizzy, to celebrate our wedding anniversary he surprised us with a family trip to the snow, our kids first, so that was nice, wasnt Venice but the smiles on our 3 little angels (well some of the time they are) faces was exactly what I needed. Been together 18 years so you can imagine how that goes, up down up down, but he is the only person who has made all my dreams come true, so I will keep him for awhile yet.

hello people... back from hospital.  all will be okay.  suggest you all invest in pharmaceuticals, I'll make you all rich in the next few months (wink).  But I will live to see another day, and post a whole crapload of stuff, way after the wedding.

Someday when I'm old and gray, I'll look back at all of this and laugh....probably not.

Mel - I saw Scandal, too, and thought they were off to a pretty good start. But I think I missed something. How did the senator know where to find Olivia? How did she even know Olivia was back?

The assistant (the one who was having the tryst with the man senator) called Olivia's landline and showed up at her apartment.  Probably on the off chance that she was there.  And she was.

Thanks, Mel. That was bothering me - still is, actually. It was just a little too contrived as a way to get Olivia to stay in DC, but I guess they had to do something or else she would have gone back to the island with Jake. I know I would have.

The whole cast was on Ellen yesterday and Kerry said she didn't like kissing either Tony or Scott when Ellen asked who the better kisser was.  It was a good interview until they all started taking over one another.  Portia is on this season and she seemed to hold her own with Cyrus.

Mel - Didn't see "Ellen" but did see a clip of the kissing question. It was a little awkward for her, I guess.

An article I read was trying to figure out who will get killed off this season. They concluded it will be Jake, because his only function this season is to be Olivia's boyfriend. I think they're wrong, but I don't know who else it could be. Any ideas?

Hey, TheMinis, how was the bub's party?

Its just beginning, 9.00am here.  Hes opened his presents, squealed at all my decorations, drinking chocolate milk and cupcakes.  So far he is one very happy 5 year old Dude.  He will get spoilt when his Aunty comes over later on.

Good on him!!!
