George Clooney makes his way through the airport after landing on a flight from Los Angeles on Monday (October 21) in London, England.

The 52-year-old actor’s latest movie Gravity is still at the top of the box office and now he is saying that a scene that director Alfonso Cuaron gave him credit for writing was not actually all him.

“Alfonso’s such a sweet guy. He hands out credit to everyone all the time. I said, ‘You guys are struggling, here’s an idea.’ So I wrote out a scene, and there’s a portion of it in the movie about Sandy wanting to live,” George told The Wrap. “They were struggling with how to tell people she wants to live, and I said, ‘Maybe you say she talks to her little girl and says Mommy loves her.’ I sent him the scene as I was leaving out of London — I said, ‘Maybe this helps. Maybe this will fix the problem.’ Alfonso said they shot a version of it. I would never write myself a scene to come back in”

You only do two weeks? I make it my lifestyle! Actually I used to tell people growing up I wanted to be either The Pope or a hermit in Vermont. Since I'm a female The Pope was out soooooooo......

@PAN so they only have shops in Yorshire and Ascot and not London? I went on the website but didn't find a list of shops. So does this maybe mean he is enjoying the english countryside

Well, Nicki/Nikki, I just researched the lady, and it's very specialised and niche pieces that she creates.

Ascot is a very affluent and lovely part of Berkshire, just outside London and very near to Virginia Water and Windsor Castle.......His Nibs has stayed in the area before and been spotted in local restaurants (once with Brad Pitt I think not so long ago) and there are some lovely places to stay there. Possibly this lady had some of her pieces at one of those venues.....she may also have posted the news later..........

well, maybe he has been in the English countryside since last Tuesday, when the soundtrack wrapped. He might have even gone to Ireland.

He probably has a lot of friends & colleagues who would invite him as a guest. Jolie & Pitt have a home in Richmond or Berkshire, don't they?

Just reread the tweet....she says she got his autograph not that he was shopping in her store. There is a possibility she just met him some where else and she asked for his autograph and she had a note card from her business on her for him to write on.....they could have met anywhere...

I was thinking the same thing. She didn't say she met him. Maybe she got the autograph even from a friend. Who knows....didn't want to say it out loud but you started it LOL

Even if he has been laying low in UK these past 2 & half weeks, he would be LA bound or back by now, due to this event on the weekend.

He wasn't at the L.A. Times Envelope Screening Series and Q&A for Gravity held at the ArcLight Sherman Oaks on Thursday evening (November 7). Sandra Bullock & Alfonso Cuaron were there.

Perhaps he's been in UK until now.
Not that he'd have to attend the above event, of course. Said he likes the limelight on Sandra for Gravity.
