‘Good Wife’ star Julianna Margulies on trial

On CBS’s “The Good Wife,” Alicia Florrick is used to defending clients each week and usually winning the case.

In real life, Julianna Margulies will be on trial in California this October for allegedly stiffing her former managers out of more than $420,000 in unpaid commissions, said Deadline Hollywood. The actress, who ended her relationship with D/F Management in 2011, sought a summary judgment, since rejected, that her agreement with her former ICM agent Steve Dontanville and manager Frank Frattaroli was never in writing. Judge Ernest Hiroshige rejected claims made by Margulies’ attorneys that the agreement could not be enforced.
