There's no date or time so you're welcome to set one up if you want. The chat box in on the home page. You can use it whenever you want.

Went to the chatbox - then looked up chat.

Says to login to the chat but I don't see a place to login there.

It's the box at the bottom of the home page is it ?
Yes it's always said "you are disconnected" on mine.

The long darkened strip on top of the cbox has a thing you click on at the far right. You can't see it, but just click on the far right and you'll be connected. I'm connected right now. Then, to log out, just click on the invisible button again. Or, the system will just log you off after no action for awhile.

I think the chat box would be better located closer to the top somewhere but the way this page is set up I don't see a good place for it. A couple of us have used the chat box here but it's difficult with it being at the bottom of the screen to remember to check there; since many of us have CRS syndrome!

Those chats were so much fun Lorna...and I agree, you had to be quick to keep up! Fun times!

So I went in and found the INVISIBLE button.
Had a nice conversation with myself but gotta go get ready for work. I notice theminis just posted a few minutes ago. Can't sleep?

Sleepless remedies:

glass of milk
shot of tequia or maybe two or three
a couple of nice quality prescription meds?

Ah fuck it - take all three! Brahahaha

We can always post a date and time for people to participate and then once it's going for a bit, it will become more natural to check the chat box to see if anyone is around. It really is fun to talk in real time and have all these conversations going at once. Sometimes, that's the fun of it...trying to figure out who is talking to whom! It gets really crazy sometimes and that makes you laugh all the harder...and we have a few very quick witted members. Really do miss New Kid...she was funny and made me laugh and sometimes I'd still be giggling hours later.

You are hilarious, yes I couldn't sleep but forced myself to go to bed before midnight and shock horror actually had some quality sleep for once - in any case, 2 glasses of wine would knock me out, tequila would have me dancing on the dining room table and I don't think the kids want to see that!!

Ok off to the home improvement store. Thinking of redoing my bathroom (yes my life is THAT exciting) so off to price toilets, sinks and tile.

Oh I should qualify that - thinking of "having someone else redo my bathroom" I am not a do-it-yourselfer - I'm the "I'll pick the stuff - and the contractor does the work" - preferably when I'm out of town!
