Nominees for Sunday's British Academy Film Awards were celebrated with a party held at Asprey's London store tonight. Marion Cotillard, who is up for best actress for her work in Rust and Bone, was surrounded by sexy stars including George Clooney, Ben Affleck, and Bradley Cooper. George and Ben are being recognized for Argo with a best picture nomination, while Bradley is among the best actor nominees for Silver Linings Playbook. Bradley and his costar Jennifer Lawrence got together in the UK on Friday night for a special dinner in their honor hosted by Harvey Weinstein.

Meanwhile, another group of celebrities got together at Annabel's private club for the Charles Finch and Chanel pre-BAFTA dinner. Tom Cruise broke from filming All You Need Is Kill for the event, which was also attended by Thandie Newton, Lily Allen, and Joely Richardson.

George Clooney & Ben Affleck: EE BAFTA Nominees Party!

George Clooney is dapper while attending the 2013 EE BAFTA Nominees Party held at Asprey on Saturday (February 9) in London, England.

The 51-year-old actor was joined by his Argo director Ben Affleck.

Earlier in the day, Ben and his wife Jennifer Garner were spotted signing autographs while arriving at their London hotel.

Ben and George‘s film Argo has seven BAFTA nominations for categories, such as Best Film, Outstanding British Film, Best Director, Best Adapted Screenplay, and Best Leading Actor.

are not a great ensamble
maybe light didn't help
and I'm sure he packed the indispensable

but... the face... still makes me mad

I wouldn't be so worried, It's Me.

George does sometimes look a little out of sorts (uncomfortable) on the red carpet. We usually decide it's because of the girlfriend with him, but I honestly think that sometimes he's just not in the mood.

He may be hugely famous with years of doing red carpets, but there are plenty of celebrities who say that it's stressful and if they'r a little shy, they never really enjoy it.

Sometimes George seems on good form and sometimes he doesn't. Here, he's by himself in a strange city in freezing cold weather. All plenty of good reasons not to be 100% on form.

George hates the red carpet and especially the dinners, in an interview with Elizabetta saids that after the Oscar fled from dinner and took her to eat burgers "IN & OUT" and they have changed clothes in the car and have worn jeans

He looks very G Q to me...I agree something seems to be bothering him..
I have been to premiers of his when he was alone, he was always on his game..because he knows how to play it!
He does seem worried...and not because he's dateless for all you JP s out there!! LOL

He looks very tired to me...probably working himself half to death and I don't think he's fond of the cold...that in and of itself could be the reason for his demeanor. He'll be happier when shooting starts...then he'll relax into it and make a truly fantastic film. cheers

George looks fine to me. I think that he is doing the obligatory rounds of awards that goes with the territory. He doesn't look too tired to me however, he does have a movie he is involved with at the moment and has lots on his mind. He's OK, he"s George and what is needed will get done.

That coat looks like something he packed just in case. Since it's cold, he put it on over his suit? Don't think men are as conscious of fashion as women are in general.

I guess I've had a bad week so maybe just glad to see you all and be relaxing but I just don't think he looks tired or in pain?! He looks like he looks. The facial hair and longer hair is aging him a bit but he looks pretty darn fine, IMO. I will agree the suit and coat don't go too well together. I like him in the coat though. And, thanking the universe that he's not wearing that fedora!
