Thanks for the photos. I'm pretty sure the grey haired guy is his good friend Ben and not Waldo. I remember reading that Waldo is Cuban.

Lela, You are so funny! I have to admit, the first thing I thought when I saw those pictures is that he's quietly telling the paps where to go. It must be so irritating to have them everywhere. Good for us but bad for him.

What we probably don't realize is if he DID give the paps the finger it may have been triggered by them making rude comments which they have done to get a reaction from the celebrity so that they can take unflattering but highly sellable pictures.

Does anyone have a clue where the pictures were taken?

Looks recent. That outfit, resembles some he wore while in Colorado. Think he flew in pretty quickly to see these friends, and some down in Cincinnati, too. He was only there one day, it would seem.

I don't think he's giving anyone the finger - I think the pictures are posted in reverse order and he's moving the jacket from his right hand to his left.

Take a look at the road he's walking on for the timeline of these pictures.

This, I think is the first shot. See how far he is from the 'curve' (so far it's not in the picture). He's got his jacket in his left hand and is holding something (keys?) in his right. Meaning that he only has his middle finger free to take the jacket in later shots.

This is a few steps later. You can see the 'curve' of the tarmac on the floor and George is passing the jacket from left hand to right hand. He's still got whatever it is in his right hand so his index finger and thumb are holding that, leaving middle finger to carry the jacket.

One step later, and he's still passing the jacket from hand to hand.

One step on, his jacket is now in his right hand and his left is going down to his pocket.

I agree with you Katie, I have noticed he uses his middle fingers a lot to hold things. Either is phone or a jacket etc. He also likes to walk with his hands in his pockets.

I do too Katie. Like SillyGirl said, he uses his middle fingers alot (hahaha!!!) and it looks as if he's flipping people off. I think if he really wanted to flip off, he would do it like he did with Fabio years ago.

If George wanted to give them the finger he would. Katie is right about the moving the jacket etc. also if he wants to hide from the apps because they annoy him he knows how to do that too. Guess he wanted a photo op that day.

Agreed mrs clooney - he was walking in pap territory. So I think either he called the paps or it was a nosy neighbor who lives near Grant who took the pictures. If so, then it was a lucky money shot. Maybe he wanted to see if anyone was interested in seeing him sans Stacy.

I would rather see him by himself or with friends than with his arm candy of the year. Sorry, I just think he looks happier and more vital when he is with his friends.

Why always think bad? I do not think George wanted to do the finger at anyone it's just his own way of using your hands and you can see even more photos that now I can not find but he often uses his index finger to grab the jacket or vest.
