Random news about Africa: A new aquifer, called Ohangwena II, has been found in northern Namibia.

Namibia is an amazingly beautiful and hospitable country (and politically stable). I hope they can make this work. I wonder if Angola has access to the aquifer.

I'll bet she had access to plenty of water while she was there :-)
The article located the aquifer on the border of Namibia and Angola, and water is such a precious commodity in that area of Africa . . . I wonder how that will work out. The article seemed to imply that Namibia has control of the aquifer.
