I thought so too but then I saw that they are different...my assumption is that the first one didn't come out too good so they took it again. She might not have a great phone....

Looking at it closely, the body positioning is different and she has a bracelet on in the one photo but not the other....it is deceiving though....

Oh and he looks tired....

There have been two photos of George taken with fans where his head is elongated...has anyone else noticed ?
I'm assuming its a fault with the camera that's been used.

I was assuming someone cropped the picture and stretched it when they did it. We have had some problems with people photoshopping and sending it to the news stations, but those are pretty easy to spot.

"August: Osage County" first day of shooting report

"August: Osage County" began shooting in Bartlesville on Monday morning, with Jane Phillips Hospital the site of the on-location film set.

What are they filming there? That is unknown, as all of Tulsa native Tracy Letts' award-winning play takes place inside the dysfunctional Weston family's home in the Pawhuska area.

I have a guess as to a potential scene, based on the events of the play. But there's no way to tell how Letts may have adapted the screenplay for the events in the film.

Who among the star-studded cast is shooting at the hospital? That's unknown, too, at this time. We were told that large vehicles with dark windows arrived this morning and entered underground parking, and that the "talent" will leave the hospital in the same manner.

So no fan gawking appears available today. The filming is taking place inside the hospital, and a security team is in place guarding the set from anyone who might wander into that part of the facility.

We're told that some members of the security team didn't even know what cast member or members were filming inside the hospital.

It's not the most exciting first-day shooting report, but there are still eight more weeks of "August: Osage County" filming to go.

Thanks, Laetval! The house looks grand! My Grandfather built their home in Oklahoma. It wasn't as big as this one but it is nice! He was a carpenter. My Grandmother was a painter and painted a huge mural of an Indian camp with animals, etc.. It covered most of the wall. I was supposed to receive that mural but I couldn't remove it from the home while still lived in. One day I hope to have it though.

Producer George Clooney and director John Wells were helming the filming of the movie "August: Osage County" in Bartlesville on Thursday at a house on Dewey Avenue.

Crews were on the set for several hours on this second day of filming in the city this week, and Wells told neighbors and onlookers that the scene being shot involved the character being played by Julia Roberts in the film looking out of a window of the home, but that they would not see her looking out the window from across the street.

PAWHUSKA -- Filming continues on "August: Osage County" Friday, this time in downtown Pawhuksa.

The film began shooting this week in and around Bartlesville and Pawhuska and is being produced by George Clooney. Stars include Meryl Streep, Julia Roberts, Chris Cooper, Abigail Breslin, Juliette Lewis and Margo Martindale.

The movie is based on a Pulitzer Prize-winning play by Oklahoma native Tracy Letts.

On Friday, Clooney could be seen on the set near the landmark Triangle Building. As could Benedict Cumberbatch, who plays Little Charles, a 37-year-old man who is unemployed and who’s grown accustomed to his mother referring to him as the “screw-up” of the family.

Cumberbatch is the British star of “Sherlock” on BBC and is an increasing presence in movies.

Also seen was Chris Cooper, who is cast as Charlie, the long-suffering husband of Mattie Fae.

Cooper is perhaps best known for roles in "The Bourne Identity," "American Beauty," "Seabiscuit," and "Adaptation," for which he won an Oscar and a Golden Globe.

The play "August: Osage County" is about a former college professor and one-time famous poet who disappears from his residence in a rural area outside Pawhuska.

He has just hired a housekeeper to care for the home and to keep an eye on his pill-popping wife, but when he vanishes, generations of the Weston family descend upon the three-story home.

A dozen people inside a house at such an emotional time is bound to create a scene or two. The Westons have so many sins and secrets they are hiding that Letts created what many have deemed one of the great American plays out of all their volcanic scenes.

The production is expected to run eight weeks.

I talked 2 one of the guys on the production crew at the 11th & Dewey shoot, and he told me that George came over and he had a grasshopper in his hand, and told him 2 go put it on Julia Robert's shoulder. The production guy sed 'heck no, she's my friend', and wouldn't do it. So GEORGE walked over and put it on her shoulder. He sed she let out a blood curdling scream. George got away with it, and everybody had a big laugh over it. What a guy! What a guy! lol

She is a character actress who has done loads of movies and TV shows. Although I don't think Perfect Storm was one. She did win an Emmy a few years ago for some show...she was sweet in her acceptance speech. Here is her IMDB page:

Trust Fox to find the only person who's unhappy with something George is doing. It's not exactly a permanent problem for him - it's 8 weeks max.

I like the idea of George driving around Pawhuska in a lamborghini though!
