Yes, I know. What I can't figure out is how they managed to embed something that's not supposed to be embeddable.

Are we not supposed to be able to embed videos? I'm not following here....did I do something wrong?

No, not at all! In fact I highly encourage embedding of videos here.

It's just that the videos you and Jo posted both come up with an error message saying that it's not allowed by the owner of the video to be embedded. So I can't figure out how on earth either of you did it, but no biggie.

Katie, I think what you're seeing is when you click on to their video (mine at least does it), it shows "embedding disabled by request" and then below it it says something like "click here to watch on YouTube". You have to "click" on that underlined statement, and usually "click" again and it will take you to YouTube rather than just watching it here in the thread. I have had several come up that way that others have posted. I always can get them to work though.

Yes cindi...all those videos are good aren't they ?
The earlier ones are revealing, in that he's just the same
now when chatting, so he must be genuine

Yes, I really do understand that but my point is this: if it's not allowed to embed a video, it shouldn't be possible to embed it. Do you see what I mean? And yet both Jo and Lakin managed to embed an unembeddable video.
