George Clooney had the company of his producing partner Grant Heslov as he walked to a set in LA yesterday. It seems George is back in California and ready to return to work after a fun vacation. George just went to Cabo with a bikini-clad Stacy Keibler, as well as a group of their friends. George and Stacy love to get away with two friends in particular, Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber. On Friday night, Stacy caught up with Rande and Cindy at a production of Beauty and the Beast that starred their daughter Kaia. Yesterday, Stacy decided to have a movie evening and finally checked out 21 Jump Street, which made her laugh out loud.

Even with his battered jeans and sloppy t-shirt he still looks hot. DAMN.

An injury like that is very hard to cure. I heard surgery does not always eliminate the problem. I have a torn tendum in my shoulder and two of my fingers are numb. I'm learning to live with it.

Maybe George's right arm has taken a lot of wear & tear over the years with his basketball....and maybe other things more personal ?

I hate to say it but as you get older things don't always heal like they used to when younger. I know as I'm getting older.

I think if George eases off his (activities?) whatever they may be he may heal. And women have a higher pain tolerance than men. Probably because of childbirth.

Think he is always working, whether writing, producing as in this, directing, collaborating, working with politicians and charities, having ideas about any of the above, or all - oh, and acting.

My mom had carpal tunnel surgery on the same hand (twice), and she still has numbness in it. Go figure.

As for women having higher pain tolerance than men, someone told me that women have thicker skin (literally), and it is harder to pierce their skin to get a blood draw compared to men.

MM, can you remember whether it was a man who told you that?!

I watched a mythbusters episode where they did a pain test. The test is that both men and women put their arms in salted ice water to see who could stand the pain longer. The winners were women they with stood the pain much longer than the men. There is just something about us that handles pain better than a man.

Actually, women have twice as many nerve endings as men, meaning that sensations, be they painful or pleasurable, are felt more intensely. So the fact that we can tolerate pain better than men reallly says something about our ability to, well, tolerate pain! We are amazing, ladies! Built to last!

George Clooney: Scruffy Beard On Set!


George Clooney wears a bandage on his elbow and rocks a scruffy beard as he makes his way to set at a Los Angeles airport on Monday (April 2).

Last month, the 50-year-old actor was arrested for taking part in a demonstration outside of the Embassy of Sudan, but was soon after released on bail.

George‘s next film, Gravity, is set to hit theaters on November 21. Sandra Bullock also stars in the Alfonso Cuarón sci-fi thriller.

He looks good and healthy except for that bandage!

Argo is listed as being "post-production" on IMDB so I doubt he'd be filming that one.

Anyone have access to IMDB Pro? That may have better info.

Could it be as simple as he and Grant walking back to the office after lunch? I know that the item says "on the set." But could it be that they're "on the lot" and that trailer is just in the background?

After all, a picture of George is a picture of George and sells well. If it's one that just catches him out and about or if it's taken by a photog who's "placed" in the right spot.

And I just noticed that George doesn't have his phone in his hand. He always has that phone out in case he gets a call or a text. Even at the Oscars...photo shows a phone in his hand.

Could be anything really, although sometimes even when a film has officially wrapped production there might be times when they go back to fix or reshoot or add scenes. I had read somewhere that he might have had a small part in Argo...which is why I mentioned it.

I think the phone he had at the Oscars was Stacy's.

My personal opinion - it would be a good thing if he was following us, as we would lead him down the RIGHT path!!!!

His PR team may be following us (Oh wait, we are his PR team) LOL

I think men are flattered when women are excited about their "package".

In real life, and if he's interested in the woman, then yes, men are flattered. I'm not convinced by the online comments though.
