George Clooney may be nominated in the Best Actor category for his role in The Descendants, but it hasn't stopped the 50-year-old actor from hitting open casting calls.

Well, maybe he's just walking by the sign, but the image is priceless!

Stacy Keibler's older beau, who was out hanging in Studio City with longtime pal Grant Heslov, not only looks sexy in his casual clothes, but has a killer sense of humor, too.

We have a feeling gorgeous George will get a kick outta this one!

No, I noticed the same thing. In a couple of pictures his neck looks much fuller. Months ago, he was getting too thin and looked almost sickly. IMO he has definitely gained weight. He looks better to me. More George to love.

George Clooney and producer Grant Heslov met up in Studio City, CA yesterday. George and Grant have worked together on multiple projects, including their Oscar-nominated The Ides of March. Both Grant and George are up for best adapted screenplay for their work on the political film while George is also in the running for best actor and best picture with his other project, The Descendants. George will have added support this year since his mom, Nina, will make an appearance during an Oscars pre-show featuring mothers of the nominees.

It's been an exciting award season for George, who has popped up on red carpets with girlfriend Stacy Keibler multiple times in the past two months. It's all been leading up to Sunday night, when stars hit the red carpet for the Academy Awards. We'll be LIVE at the Oscars so make sure to check back at 5:30 p.m. EST/2:30 p.m. PST for the latest. Also, there's still time to enter BuzzSugar's Oscars ballot contest for a chance to win an iPad and Prada case!

Grant seems to balance out George so they have worked out someway to work well together. They have been friends and now work partners for such a long time I gather they have worked out how to get over each others stubborness.
