I found out the origin of this video. This was from "The Uncle Al Show," which was a chldren's show in Cincinnati from 1952-1985. This was taken in 1969, so George was eight in this video. Nick Clooney's talk show was on the same station (WCPO-TV), so Nick knew Al Lewis (Uncle Al) personally. George got to be in this video because he was Nick Clooney's son (a big plus for him in those days in Cincinnati).

This shot was taken presumably on Kellogg Avenue, near the Ohio River. There is a marina there, with about two or three yacht clubs. The perfect place for this shot. The "Uncle Al Show" would often have these sort of scenes are part of the show, using "older children" of 8-10 years old. The "Uncle Al Show was designed for 2 to 5-year olds, but, sometimes there would be older children of 6 to 9 years old there, who would act as chaperones for their younger siblings. The moms would be in the audience, with the children being part of the show.

I was on the show myself at age five. My aunt and her children took me and Mom to the show.
