Re: George Clooney to be called as witnesses in sex trial involving Berlusconi
In other Berlusconi news today:
Berlusconi's Fininvest ordered to pay 560m euro damages
Mr Berlusconi was found jointly responsible for bribing the judge who sanctioned the Mondadori takeover.
9 July 2011
An Italian court has ordered Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi's holding company Fininvest to pay 560m euros (£500m) in damages to a rival media group, CIR, over bribery allegations.
The Milan appeals court's ruling was over Fininvest's winning of control of publisher Mondadori from CIR in 1991.
The takeover was sanctioned by a judge who was later sentenced for corruption.
Mr Berlusconi's daughter Marina called the ruling an "act of aggression" by Italy's judiciary against her father.
Fininvest had appealed against an earlier order to pay 750m euros in damages to CIR.
That 2009 ruling found in favour of prosecutors who said Mr Berlusconi was "jointly responsible" for bribing the Rome judge.
Mr Berlusconi said this week he was "certain that the appeals court of Milan cannot but annul the civil court judgment, which was absolutely unfounded and profoundly unjust".
While there is no danger that Fininvest will be unable to pay the fine, the ruling caps a bad week for Mr Berlusconi, says the BBC's David Willey in Rome.
The billionaire media tycoon tried to pass a law that would have delayed the penalty payment but there was such an outcry from his coalition government that he was forced to backtrack, adds our correspondent.
The 74-year-old, Italy's longest-serving post-war prime minister, has appeared in court several times in recent months, accused of corruption and paying an underage prostitute.
The Mondadori case
1991: Rome judge Vittorio Metta rules Fininvest can go ahead with takeover of Mondadori from CIR
2003: Metta and Cesare Previti, Berlusconi's former personal lawyer, found guilty of corruption over bribery payment made to influence Mondadori ruling
2007: Berlusconi cleared of criminal charges in bribery case
2009: Milan civil court rules CIR entitled to 750m euros in damages from Fininvest, finding Berlusconi "jointly responsible" for bribery
2011: Appeals court orders Fininvest to pay CIR 560m euros
Amid the scrutiny, Mr Berlusconi said this week that he would not run for re-election, saying he wanted former justice minister Angelino Alfano to lead the centre-right into the 2013 election.
A native of Milan, Mr Berlusconi has frequently complained that he is being victimised by the city's legal authorities.
As well as being accused of attempting to bribe the judge in the Mondadori case, he has also been charged with embezzlement, tax fraud and false accounting. But he has always denied wrongdoing and has never been convicted.
In 2009, Mr Berlusconi estimated that over 20 years he had made 2,500 court appearances in 106 trials, at a legal cost of 200m euros.

Bunga parties on the move! Do you think the property comes with certification that the house has been scrubbed down and disinfected with industrial grade cleaners? If he wants to sell it, it should.
Berlusconi selling bunga-bunga pad

ITALIAN Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi is searching for a billionaire buyer for his opulent villa in Sardinia, notorious as the venue for many of his alleged "bunga-bunga" sex parties.
Among the potential buyers he has targeted is Vladimir Dorodin, a Russian property mogul romantically linked to the supermodel Naomi Campbell.
According to Rome newspaper Il Fatto Quotidiano, Mr Berlusconi, 74, decided to sell Villa Certosa on Sardinia's exclusive Emerald Coast because he is suffering from "empty wallet syndrome" after a judge ordered his Fininvest holding company to pay a E560 million ($770m) fine last month. The payment is compensation for a rival media group after Fininvest was found guilty of using bribery in 1990 to take over the leading publisher Mondadori. Fininvest denies this.
The billionaire Prime Minister has added to the house with a park that contains more than 2000 cacti, a giant butterfly house, a fake volcano, a 400-seat amphitheatre and a James Bond-like landing stage inside a grotto.

Re: George Clooney to be called as witnesses in sex trial involving Berlusconi
It's like watching a car crash - you don't want to watch but you can't look away. The latest chapter of the Berlusconi saga. Why I care about a sexist PM of a country I don't live in don't make sense but the level of sleaze that surrounds this man makes me read the articles with disgust and contempt. And then I share.
17 September 2011
Italy scandal: Silvio Berlusconi in 'sex boast'
Italian newspapers have carried transcripts of phone calls in which PM Silvio Berlusconi allegedly boasts that 11 women were queuing up outside his room to have sex with him.
The intercepted conversation was with local businessman Gianpaolo Tarantini, who prosecutors allege was running a high-level prostitution ring.
Eight people are charged with supplying prostitutes for Mr Berlusconi.
He has not been charged and says he was unaware of their activities.
However, judges want to interview him as a witness over allegations that Mr Tarantini attempted to extort money from him in return for silence over the prostitution allegations.
The latest transcripts have prompted fresh criticism of Mr Berlusconi, who is under pressure for his handling of the Italian economy as the euro crisis has mounted.
'Spare time'
Prosecutors in the southern city of Bari say the eight people charged supplied the women in the hope of gaining jobs, contracts or favours.
They were charged on Thursday. Friday's newspapers carried photos of some of the women allegedly involved with the case.
And on Saturday thousands of pages of transcripts of intercepted phone calls were published.
In one call dated 1 January 2009, Mr Berlusconi allegedly tells Mr Tarantini that 11 women were waiting outside his door but he only "did" eight of them because "you can't do all".
In another, he describes himself as "prime minister in my spare time".
Meanwhile, opposition MPs have called for an inquiry into a suggestion in the intercepted calls that government aircraft were used to fly women to private parties held by Mr Berlusconi.
Mr Tarantini is already in custody in Naples in connection with the extortion case, where he is alleged to have sought payments totalling 800,000 euros (£700,000) from Mr Berlusconi in exchange for lying to the Bari investigators.
In this case, prosecutors say Mr Tarantini recruited prostitutes, starlets and other young women to attend parties at Mr Berlusconi's homes.
Along with Mr Tarantini, a German actress called Sabina Began - nicknamed "the Queen Bee" - is also facing charges.
The charges include exploiting prostitution, paying the girls for their services, and escorting them to Mr Berlusconi's residences in Sardinia and Rome for parties in 2008 and 2009.
Mr Berlusconi denies hosting orgies, and says the events were dinner parties.
"They were nothing but friendly gatherings," Mr Berlusconi's lawyers, Niccolo Ghedini and Piero Longo, said in a statement.
Using the services of a prostitute over the age of 18 is legal in Italy, but Mr Berlusconi is charged in yet another case being tried in Milan with having paid for sex with a then-17-year-old Moroccan nightclub dancer.

It's a shame... How can someone with that much “clout” not give a crap about his country? To be PM and sit back and laugh at his own countrymen while having sex parties and say his PM “job” is spare time? For the life of me I will not understand those that have the power to change things for the better choose to pocket the money and entertain their own deceptive reality on humanity. Shame on you PM!

Re: George Clooney to be called as witnesses in sex trial involving Berlusconi
Berlusconi had a villa in Sardinia. He is also in charge of 90% of the media in Italy. All the women who were velinas in Italy became velinas because of their affiliation with him.
Food for thought: Ruby the stripper accused Gee and Betta of attending Berlusconi's "bunga-bunga parties." I'll bet Berlusconi is using Ruby to do his dirty work for him because Gee financially supported Walter Veltroni's campaign. Gee did not know that Veltroni was campaigning against Berlusconi for the position of PM. So, Berlusconi is trying to smear Gee as an act of vengeance.

George getting dragged back into Berlusconi drama - now with photo
Vanity Fair Italy has done a story on one of the escorts who has written a book. Article has picture of George, the actress and Berlusconi at what appears to be a social event. George's comment when first drawn into the issue - "It seems odd since I've only met Berlusconi once and that was in an attempt to get aid into Darfur,". Guess that occured in a social setting and not in an offical capacity.
'He was hypnotising... I was hot and ready': Woman accused of fixing prostitutes for Silvio Berlusconi tells of his sexual magnetism
By Nick Pisa
Last updated at 8:33 PM on 28th September 2011
A woman who has been accused of recruiting prostitutes for sleazy Italian prime minister Silvio Berlusconi has revealed how she was 'hypnotised' by his sexual prowess. Actress Sabina Began, 38, is one of eight people said to have hired the women for perma tanned Berlusconi's parties - with some of them being paid to spend the night with him. In an interview with the latest edition of Vanity Fair Miss Began, who has the letters SB tattooed on her ankle in honour of the politician, described how she was swept off her feet by him at a party he hosted at his luxury villa.
She said: 'It was as if I had been hypnotised by him, it was a wonderful night,' before adding how she had arrived at the estate with a group of people including Formula One boss Flavio Briatore and his stunning wife Elisabetta Gregoraci.
Miss Began, who earlier this year gave a radio interview in which she said Berlusconi had 'helped her find God through his own spirituality' then described how the sleazy media tycoon had charmed his way into her affections.
She described how Berlusconi had shown her a small lake on his estate near Porto Cervo in Sardinia in 2005.She recalled: 'I plucked up the courage to ask him would it be possible that one day I could return with my boyfriend if I had one and have a similar romantic walk with him.
'Berlusconi looked me straight in the eyes with an icy look and said "No" - I only realised he was having fun with me when he said "Not unless you are my girlfriend. To do that you have to take my hand" and from there we never looked back.
'We had dinner on Briatore's yacht Force Blue and he (Berlusconi) was whispering in my ear, he was hypnotising me after two hours I was hot and ready - their was no stopping us from there.
Hypnotising? Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi smiles as he attends a political meeting earlier this month
'I looked him in the eyes and said "I want to spend the night with you." I was embarrassed but it was a romantic, wonderful night.'
Miss Began added: 'I was in love - he was the only man who had made me feel like a woman. Over dinner one night he told me I was special.
'He told me that he had been hurt by women and that's why he wanted to stay with me. I told him that I'd had famous lovers but I wanted to be with him.'
Prosecutors say that she, businessman Giampaolo Tarantini and footballer Cristiano Ronaldo's former girlfriend Letizia Filippi were among eight people who hired women for parties Berlusconi hosted at his official residences in Rome and Sardinia.
Among the guests at one of his parties was George Clooney and Miss Began said she had arranged the party and had merely asked Tarantini if he 'knew any girls as the guest list had too many men on it,' there is no suggestion that Clooney had sex with any of the women.
Miss Began said: 'Giampaolo arrived at the party with three women - that was it. I just wanted some girls as there were too many man.
'I didn't even talk to the women - there was nothing untoward in what asking him to bring some friends along. Giampaolo just said "Leave it with me" so I did.'
Among the women who were guests at the parties was high class escort Patrizia D'Addario who says she was paid to spend the night with Berlusconi at his Palazzo Grazioli home in Rome in 2008 and she was given 1,000 Euro.
She later went on to write a book about her experiences in which she praised Berlusconi - who will be 75 on Thursday - for his sexual stamina saying that he deserved 'a place in the Guinness Book of Records'.
A judge has to decide if there is enough evidence for the case to proceed against the eight people involved and the investigation is separate to another involving Berlusconi and 33 women said to have been recruited for his infamous 'bunga bunga' parties in Milan.
That case resumed next month and he has been charged with having sex with an underage prostitute and abuse of office and Clooney has been listed as a potential witness for that trial.

The photos and Began with Berlusconi and George Clooney
There is also a shot of the dinner with Berlusconi and George Clooney in the interview that the weekly service, Vanity Fair devoted to Sabina Began. The photo dates back to September 5, 2008. That night, the Queen Bee Tarantini called to bring girls to Palazzo Grazioli. Why? "C` were too many men. At that point I had no time to pick the girls and ask for help Gianpaolo. "

Do we know if this photo was taken in Rome? That's where George was papped coming or going from the Dinner. It was in the fall. I think Gio was with him, too, but no reason for Gio to be in this photo.

George Clooney to be called as witnesses in sex trial involving Berlusconi
Footballer Cristiano Ronaldo and Hollywood star George Clooney are to be called as defence witnesses in a sex trial involving former Italian prime minister Silvio Berlusconi.
The A-listers are among more than 200 people who will give evidence in the trial of three people who allegedly recruited prostitutes for energetic 75-year-old Berlusconi, who stepped down as premier last weekend.
Prosecutors claim regional politician Nicole Minetti, showbusiness agent Lele Mora and news anchor Emilio Fede, hired the women who were paid to attend bunga bunga parties.
The trial is due to begin in Milan next week but Real Madrid star Ronaldo and George Clooney are not due to appear until next year at the earliest.
Miss Minetti, 25, is said to have hired the women through her television connections and was rewarded with a job as a regional councillor in Milan with Berlusconi's People of Freedom party, despite having no experience in politics.
She allegedly performed a provocative striptease for Berlusconi at the parties he hosted at his villa in Arcore, near Milan. In all more than 30 women were guests at the parties and were all said to have been paid with cash, jewellery and cars.
Fede, 80 and Mora, 55, are also said to have recruited women - among then Moroccan born belly dancer Karima El Mahroug, known by her stage name Ruby the Heartstealer, when she was only 17.

Berlusconi is accused of having sex before she turned 18. Although the age of consent is 14 it is illegal to have sex with a prostitute before she is an adult.

Cristiano Ronaldo has been called by the defence of the three accused because Miss El Mahroug claimed that she had a one night stand with him and then threw a glass of champagne over him at a Milan nightclub.
He denies the allegation and it will be used to show that she is a fantasist.
Clooney - who has admitted to being a guest at a party hosted by Berlusconi - will confirm that nothing untoward happened.
In an interview earlier this year the actor described the evening he had with the premier as 'one of the most astonishing' of his life.
Among others expected to testify at the trial are two women Ambra Battilana and Chiara Danese, who said they were left 'shocked and embarrassed' after attending the parties and had even asked to leave early as they felt so uncomfortable.
The trial is separate to the one Berlusconi faces for having sex with Miss El Mahroug and abuse of office and which is due to resume later this month.
As he is no longer prime minister he is not able to use the excuse of 'legitimate impediment' any more.
Miss El Mahroug and Berlusconi, as well as Miss Minetti, Fede and Mora all deny any wrong doing.
Nadia Alecci, who is Fede's lawyer, said: 'Clooney and Ronaldo have been listed as witnesses for Miss Minetti by her legal team Paolo Righi and Piermaria Corso.'
Tonight Paolo Righi, Miss Minetti's lawyer, said: 'We have asked for Ronaldo to be called as a witness because we believe that a young lady who says she met him did not meet him at all.'
Earlier this year when Miss El Mahroug made her claims, Ronaldo's lawyers Schillings issued a statement in which they said her allegations were 'wholly untrue'' adding that they were ''demonstrably false.'

George Clooney among 200 witnesses for 'bunga bunga' trial
George Clooney is one of nearly 200 people who will be called as witnesses for a trial starting next week in which three of Silvio Berlusconi's associates are accused of recruiting prostitutes for his 'bunga bunga' parties.
The Hollywood star, who says he has met the former prime minister on only one occasion, is expected to be called by defence lawyers to support their contention that Mr Berlusconi's dinner parties were elegant affairs devoid of impropriety or sexual behaviour.
The actor and director, who had a meeting with Mr Berlusconi to discuss the humanitarian crisis in Darfur, said last month he would testify if he was called but had never been to a party.
The outgoing prime minister is already on trial for alleged abuse of office and paying to have sexual relations with Karima El Mahroug, a Moroccan-born exotic dancer whom prosecutors claim was working as an underage prostitute. It resumes on Nov 23.
But on Monday a parallel trial will start in a court in Milan, involving accusations of procuring prostitutes.
The defendants are Nicole Minetti, a half-British television starlet who was appointed a councillor for Mr Berlusconi's PDL party in Lombardy's regional assembly, Lele Mora, a bankrupt celebrity agent and Emilio Fede, a television presenter for one of Mr Berlusconi's channels.

Prosecutors say Mr Fede and Mr Mora talent-spotted young women at beauty pageants and other events, while Ms Minetti managed a stable of showgirls in the prime minister's home town of Milan, close to one of his residences.
All three deny the charges.
Close to 200 witnesses will be called to testify at the trial, with some expected to be also called by the prosecution.
They include Miss El Mahroug, who became a nightclub dancer and gave herself the stage name of Ruby the Heart Stealer after running away from her immigrant parents in Sicily in her early teens.
More than 50 actresses and models have also been called, some of whom allegedly dressed up as nurses and policewomen and stripped for the prime minister in an underground bunga bunga room at his mansion in Arcore, near Milan.
He reportedly put them up in rent-free apartments in a housing estate on the outskirts of Milan.
Politicians will be called, including Licia Ronzulli, an MEP for Mr Berlusconi's People of Freedom Party, Rosario Rossi, an MP in his party and Mariastella Gelmini, who was his education minister until the government fell last weekend.
Also on the witness list is Mariano Apicella, a Neapolitan singer with whom Mr Berlusconi has produced several CDs of love songs, with the latest album expected to be released later this month.
Other witnesses include police officers, Miss El Mahroug's Moroccan parents and Mr Berlusconi's accountant and his personal doctor.

Clooney Called To Testify At Berlusconi Trial
Hollywood star George Clooney and footballer Cristiano Ronaldo will be called to testify in a sex trial involving former Italian prime minister Silvio Berlusconi.
Both men are to be witnesses for the defence, with Mr Ronaldo's testimony being used to claim that one of the women making allegations against Mr Berlusconi is a fantasist.
Mr Clooney is expected to testify that nothing untoward occurred at a party hosted by Mr Berlusconi that he attended.
More than 200 people will give evidence in the trial of three people said to have recruited prostitutes for Mr Berlusconi, who stepped down as premier last weekend.
Prosecutors say politician Nicole Minetti, showbusiness agent Lele Mora and Mr Berlusconi's close friend, news anchor Emilio Fede hired the women who were paid to attend the infamous "bunga bunga" parties.

George WILL be called as witness in Berlusconi sex trial
George Clooney and ex-girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis WILL appear as witnesses in Berlusconi's underage sex trial
By Daily Mail Reporter
Last updated at 7:45 PM on 23rd November 2011
George Clooney and his ex-girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis will testify in the trial in the trial of former Premier Silvio Berlusconi for allegedly engaging in underage sex. The famous ex-pair are among more than 200 witnesses accepted Wednesday by a Milan court which accuses the former president of paying for sex with a 17-year-old prostitute.
Mr Clooney has said he was approached by Berlusconi's team to testify about 'bunga bunga' parties at Berlusconi's villas, but says he only visited the premier's residence once to seek aid for Darfur and declined an invitation to stay. The pair, who split in June, are on the witness list for Berlusconi's underage sex trial. Berlusconi's defense lawyer Niccolo Ghedini told reporters that Mr Clooney and soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo are on the defense list because an important prosecution witness cited them, the news agency LaPresse reported. Mr Ghedini said they want to dispute the witness's testimony.
Mr Clooney said in an interview with Time magazine posted online that he was willing to testify, but added: 'I wasn't at the bunga bunga party.' 'I went to speak about Darfur. ... It was a very interesting conversation to say the least, that became a very different kind of event than anyone ever thought.' At the end of the meeting, Mr Clooney said he was invited to stay for a party. The actor said he responded: 'No, I gotta go.'
The witness list also includes Karima el-Mahroug, the Moroccan teen who is alleged to have had sex with Mr Berlusconi in exchange for money. Both she and Berlusconi, 75, have denied a sexual relationship. Also slated to testify are three former aides being tried separately for their alleged role in organizing sex-fueled parties.
Other witnesses for the defense include Mariano Apicella, who has put out four CDs with Mr Berlusconi and often entertains at his residences, and two members of Berlusconi's defunct government, ex-Foreign Minister Franco Frattini and ex-Education Minister Mariastella Gelmini.
By accepting the witnesses, the court agrees their testimony is relevant, although either side may decide later to reduce the number of witnesses or not to call someone because their testimony is no longer needed. Furthermore, Italy has limited power to compel witnesses living abroad to appear, although courts often arrange video testimony for the convenience of potential witnesses. The court also allowed transcripts of wiretapped calls to be entered as evidence, while a record of phone calls between Mr Berlusconi and a police official won't be admitted.
Mr Berlusconi is also charged with using his influence to cover up the crime of underage prostitution by personally intervening to win Miss el-Mahroug's release from police custody when she was picked up on suspicion of theft. Berlusconi denies the charge and says he sought to get her out of custody because he believed she was the niece of the former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak. Mr Ghedini said the exclusion of the phone call records was a 'serious problem' for the defense, because it proves there was no abuse of influence, but he said that will be made clear through the police official's testimony. The trial continues next week with the first witnesses, including police investigators

Re: George Clooney to be called as witnesses in sex trial involving Berlusconi
All of the articles I read, George wasn’t at the “bunga bunga” party in question... so why are they still trying to get him to testify?
The way I see it: A "not so nice girl" who may or may not have been with Berlusconi says she saw George and Eli ... George says he wasn't there. But he admits he was at Berlusconi’s villa for Darfur but not during a “bunga bunga” party.
So my question is: Whose word is the Italian court going to consider credible? Will they ramrod George because he’s an American and just split up with Eli who is an Italian? This, IMHO, borders on discrimination if that’s why they are keeping him as a witness. There’s no reason for them to continue this sort of harassment. Especially if there are other witnesses on that list that has attended multiple “bunga bunga” parties at Berlusconi’s villa. JMHO

Right, Cinderella, I don't like the looks of this. Ruby the Stripper is being used as a pawn by Berlusconi for some reason. Deport Ruby to Morocco!!
Also, why won't they use phone records as evidence? Because the defense know that will definately incriminate Berlusconi hands down. Come on, stop covering Berlusconi's culo and start kicking it.

George Clooney is once again making headlines with Elisabetta Canalis.
No, the actor hasn't dumped Stacy Keibler and returned to his ex.
Rather, he and his onetime love are two of the more than 200 people who could potentially be called as witnesses in former Italian prime minister Silvio Berlusconi's sex trial.

The trial stems from allegations that Berlusconi paid for sex with an underage prostitute in 2010. It seems the then-17-year-old at the center of the controversy has claimed to have seen Clooney and Canalis last year at a party at Berlusconi's place, which just happens to be near the star's home on Lake Como.
However, the Oscar winner has insisted he interacted with Berlusconi on one single occasion, and it was not at a party.
"It seems odd since I've only met Berlusconi once and that was in an attempt to get aid into Darfur," Clooney said via his rep in March when his name first came up.
Time will tell if Clooney will actually be called to testify.

JMHO

I hope that he will not be put on the witness stand. They have 200 other witnesses. But he is much more popular than others so they can use his fame and his testimony to proof their credibility. Eli had connections with Berlusconi and he was her bf. Italian justice system is very different from the one in US. A good example is Amanda Knox trial. JMHO

Seriously? Have we gone back to the fifties where you think it is reasonable to blame the woman because of the way she was dressed? If the PM invited them into his house, they had the right to be there. Nothing excuses him of being able to act any way that he wants to the detriment of anyone else. Especially if he was paying for it and the parties involved were underage. Let's not forget that he is a billionaire and was the PM at the time so he was in a position of power that could influence or intimidate someone in that environment - moreso than anyone else in Italy at that time.
Whether a woman is dressed primly or like a skank, she still has the right to the expectation to be treated with respect. Just like you and me. Or your mother. Or your sister.

And... to use as many hidden cameras and photos as possible to keep everyone who happens to be invited, under his thumb??? Is that what you're saying Watching? Because… when I read your post, it’s the first thing that came to my mind.
AND… NO, the girls that were there, dressed or undressed, were there of their own accord but, that still does not pardon his actions! These types of men, if you want to call them that, have risen to the top on the backs of others… not because of their intelligence or caring, it’s their ability to deceive others that have allowed them to climb. If there are a pile of bones on the ground, you rise. That’s why it’s very important not to drink around people who are in a “higher class” than you. And never be “star struck”. Remember, these people put their pants on, one leg at a time, too. Supposedly, they are in a “higher class” than the rest of us. Well… that “class” that they try to convey could be from a different type of “class” than you and I! And it’s “LOW”! JMHO

Unfortunately Clooney has said many times on TV and on one recently interview that he did go to Berlusconi's house at his invitation, seeking funding for Darfur but he soon realized that the so called dinner with meeting was turning into something else with girls popping left and right so he left. Is this enough for the defense to establish that on that night there was no bunga bunga party? Karima said yes, there was a bunga bunga party and that George and Canalis were there, what she probably might not remember is that George was smart enough to make a quick exit before it all went downhill.
I don't think George HAS to appear in court since he is a US citizen living abroad but Canalis might have since she is an Italian citizen and has not yet a US residency. Her twitters today are all about this, she is telling everyone that if she has to testify she will, she feels comfortable about it, doesn't have anything to hide and will tell the truth.
Anyway she is in Italy today because tomorrow is the launch of her European hair care and the 28th a Peta gathering in Milan's Piazza del Duomo to protest against furs. I am sure she will have meeting with her lawyer in Milan about the trial.

first ,clooney never went to his villa, second, they want him,but he is not due to come to trial, just to say that THERE WAS NOT A BUNGA BUNGA,they are trying to collect people who went in the official place of berlusconi in rome and DID NOT see any bunga bunga:OK?
clooney said that he went away when he saw that the dinner was becoming different from what one can expect from a prime minister,he probably saw some girls and he went away, but as he did not see any bunga bunga in fact, berlusconi lawyers want him to witness that, end of the story
George is called Berlusconi's defense lawyer to testify that he never had dinner with Canalis Arcore (he was at dinner, but by Berlusconi in Rome at Palazzo Grazioli) and show that the girl is a liar! This is all

Ummmmm... she tells the truth? I'd like to see that... from what everyone here says - she has a hard time telling the truth. I guess the courts will take that into consideration, too. I wonder how many of his parties she attended?

What you do not understand is that not only speaks of Ely, but the couple Clooney and Canalis, bunga-bunga if there was to her was too but both deny George Ely. The defense did not call to testify but the couple Ely Clooney and Canalis. If Ely was, there was also George and the bunga-bunganon is for women if you did not Caito is only for men.Cinderella wrote:Canalis- Her twitters today are all about this, she is telling everyone that if she has to testify she will, she feels comfortable about it, doesn't have anything to hide and will tell the truth.
