How long have you been a George Clooney fan?

Re-reading the topic about our ages made me wonder whether, with all these dinosaurs on the forum, how long have we all been fans of George?

For me it's been 7-8 years started with movies before I got on the internet, started on the net before the filming of O-13. From than on it's been my newest hobby- cheap, fun, and easy!

Yes Katie at least the cheap and fun part the easy well you got to be a certain type and catch him at the right time!

I have been a fan since I saw him on "Street Hawk" in 1985. I saw a blurb in the Cincinnati Enquirer that stated that George Clooney, son of Nick Clooney, was appearing on "Street Hawk." I saw him on "Riptide," but I did not know who he was (he was Nick Clooney's son, and I did not know it, LOL).

I've been a fan since 1993 and have seen all his work and have all the DVD's, some in BluRay. It's been good to watch his maturity over the years and his talent grow in his profession.

To be honest I noticed George when he was in ER. He never even took my interest when he was in Roseanne for some reason or the Facts of Life. In fact I was surprised to learn he was even in Roseanne I just didn't notice him. But then I was in my Brad Pitt phase pretty heavy before George. But I have got most of his movies on DVD and books which don't really number that many with George for some reason.

Same for me Dex, use to watch Roseanne every week but never paid attention or took notice of George other than he was cute. Same with ER, it was more about his looks than DR. Ross, I was more into the other characters when I would watch. Started paying attention to GC when he began getting roles in films during those ER days.

I first noticed him in ER with Eliott Gould...then forgot about him...then noticed him in Roseanne...then forgot about him...and then noticed him in ER and it took a couple of episodes before I remembered him again LOL...

I never noticed him in ER, never watched it. Don't like doctor shows. But I always thought the best part of Roseanne was when he was in it as Jackie's boyfriend. Double yum!
