It did not look like Amal.  Maybe I'm use to seeing Amal with red carpet make-up.

This is the kind of thing that's so suspicious. Why is Amal in the clip? Why is he always marketing them as a couple? He's the global superstar. She's a nobody. The wife of a celebrity. Her endorsement of the Cipriani means nothing. You don't see other big male actors marketing their marriage. They have an existence outside their marriage. Other couples who went the showmance route included Brad Pitt and Angelina. Nicole and Tom. Always selling the myth. That didn't end too well. And George televising their wedding and creating a media event? Very suspicious. IMO George believed in what she was doing and wanted to give her a voice and a public profile by trying to make her famous e.g by selling pictures of their wedding to the magazines like he did. Sadly for him this heavy marketing and PR pushing of his marriage and her - which he's still doing - has tanked his career. He was more popular and his movies more successful when he kept his love life under the radar.

Also take a close look at her makeup and hair in the clip. It's been professionally done. Such a showmance. And released on social media timed with the Met ball. All calculated.
