You're all  absolutely right about what you mentioned.  I just wanted to point out the fact that George and Amal both must trust him since they only invite very close ones to their home.  If they invited me, I wouldn't spill any secrets either, but it's more talking to friends at home and describing the babies, their home etc., I guess...
