Suburbicon new UK trailer

This trailer seems to use part of the original score.

I like both trailers but they have very different tones.  The U.K. trailer comes across as a classic black comedy.  But the U.S. version seems more like a straight on crime drama.  I'm not sure whether that's an issue when appealing to a wide audience.  Way2 mentioned the pitfalls (in another thread) of marketing a film to different audiences.  The way George described the final product it seems like 'Suburbicon' is far less funny as it is dark and violent.  Maybe the plan is to run both trailers in the states and abroad in the lead-up to the movie's release.  Possibly there will be another trailer.

Oscar Isaacs is a bit George Clooney 2.1....

Are they interchangeable?

Wonder if George can do a Shakespeare shake down....Now there's a thought....

That makes sense as Oscar plays the role that had been offered to him by the Coens over a decade ago. They have some throwback resembles.

Thought the same thing about Oscar ... he definitely looks like a George throwback in this film.  From the trailer it looks like that would have been the perfect role for George to have played.
