Amsterdam October 28th 2015 - Actor and fighter for human rights George Clooney's end in January 2016 as guest of honor and speaker present at the annual Good Money Gala of the National Postcode Lottery. He speaks on behalf of his organization Not On Our Watch, which is committed to stopping global under-exposed human rights violations.

George Clooney, a co-founder of Not On Our Watch, "Not On Our Watch demands global attention and brings together money to stop atrocities taking place on a large scale. I admire the Dutch Postcode Lottery, which in total has 4.4 billion donated to charities. That money helped hundreds of charities working on poverty alleviation, protection of human rights, social cohesion and the protection of nature and environment. I'm looking forward to be present at the annual Good Money Gala, where the lottery again will allocate hundreds of millions of euros among the many charities that it supports structural. During the annual Good Money Gala makes the Nationale Postcode Loterij known what amount they can donate to charities and additional projects from the lotverkoop of the past year. Half of each lot intended for charity. In 2015, a record sum of 312 million euro was awarded to 99 charitable organizations, thanks to the 2.5 million Dutch people who play the lottery every month.
