The guy has over a million followers. Amazing what people consider worth spending their time on.

Re: a Shailene Woodley's omage (sort of...)
I'm not saying he's not creative and yes he's funny, I'm just saying that a lot of people follow a guy who dresses up like celebrities.
There are a lot more substantive things these folks could be doing with their time.
My newest mantras when it comes to what I spend time on -- including this George forum are twofold:
1. George is out "living" his life. He's living by most standards a very full, fascinating life with frankly not too many issues when it comes to what he can do with his time since he has the money to do whatever he wants to do and he has the personal integrity to not squander his time on too many frivolous things. I plan to follow that lead, and;
2. There are children dying in every corner of the world so I take requests for my time and attention and compare it to that statement. And if what someone wants to take up my time with pales in comparison to that - then I don't spend time on it.
I'm guarding my time quite carefully now. As you all may have noticed, I'm only popping into this forum about once a day to check to see if there is any quick housekeeping to be done and to see if I have PMs.
Other than that, I'm not commenting too much.
So yes, even Mr. Clooney is taking up less and less of my time as I spend more time working on making MY life live up to the standard I admire in George's life.
I may not have agreed with many of his choices in the past, but I have never begrudged him the style of his life since there is much there to be admired.
So, I really don't care that this guy has over a million followers, and I don't need to "relax."
I do understand people have to "cope" but if so much of your life is filled with "coping" then you have to ask yourself what could you be doing in YOUR life to not have to cope so much.
We all make choices and we all have a finite amount of time in which to live our lives. I have come to the conclusion that instead of living my life vicariously through the life of someone else, that I will spend more time living my life by LIVING MY LIFE.
That's the reason for my comment.
So, if this guy gives anyone a few moments of laughter, please proceed. I just won't be one of his followers.
I don't spend any time Keeping up with the Kardasians, I won't be spending any time checking out this guy's dress up blog that was the point of my comment.

Good luck with the change of direction in your lifestyle Lorna. It happens all the time & makes our journey quite a fascinating one doesn't it ?
Do you think before you do make that final change of direction, you could have look at my PM's and maybe reply ? Thank you so much.
