Cruising into politics! George Clooney rides chopper in Beverly Hills as it emerges he 'plans to run for office after marriage'
Powerful politicians tend to get ferried from place to place in chauffeur driven cars.
But it seems George Clooney may have a more noteworthy method of turning up for rallies if he follows through on claims he wants run for office after he was spotted riding a chopper in Beverly Hills on Thursday.
The 53-year-old seemed to have a great time cruising on his Harley-Davidson.

And no doubt the staunch Democrat was able to meditate on how he would carry out any future political campaigns as he enjoyed his joyride in the well-heeled area of Los Angeles.
However he may not the the best person to front a road safety campaign, given he wore and open-faced helmet and no leathers as he rode around on his extremely large mean machine.
The macho actor has caused yet a nationwide stir after sources claimed he is planning a move in to politics.
The noted activist is said to be planning the move after he weds British human rights lawyer Amal Alamuddin in September.

George is said to be looking to take on an official role in the party and is believed to have aspirations to run for office, one source claims.
The actor, who played a crooked politician in Ides Of March, is known to have numerous political contacts and even counts president Barack Obama as a close friend.
A friend told The Mirror: 'He has big ambitions and aims to get into politics imminently.
'He wants to do more humanitarian work and hopes to join the Democrats’ 2016 election campaign.'

Maybe the bigger helmet hurts his sensitive neck
or is only used with a passenger up so that they can

George is looking real good and enjoying his joy ride. I guess he might be quitting acting and moving onto politics. I am not sure if he will do both or he can fit both careers in his busy schedule. I surely do not want him to give up acting which made him millions and he loves to direct and produce films. I guess politics This is where his heart belongs but not I guess he is moving fast and forward into politics. I hope he knows what he is doing for nothing is stopping George. He has moved on and he sure has changed a lot since he met Amul.For the worst or better. he know what he wants. I always will follow his whereabouts and know what he is up to, and love u george. bg

Just because he seems to be on a much needed vacation, and happened to get engaged, doesn't mean the end of George.

Better for George to wear a safer albeit heavier helmet - hubby who has been riding for nearly 2 decades calls the one George wears a "bullshit" helmet, in other words, offers no real protection.

I think George is happy and enjoying life. I don't believe for one minute he will enter politics, or quit acting anytime soon.

Nobody who sincerely wants to increase their humanitarian efforts goes into politics.

How is he able to balance that monster of a machine with his back and neck problems? Harleys are quite heavy.
In one of the photos, his license plate is in full view. I thought it was illegal for a publication (Daily Mail) to print a photo that way, because of liability.
Should we call Amal and ask her??
