Don't know if he's going but he'll be in the UK around that time since it does open the 14th (unless of course) he's filming Tomorrowland so he might show up for it.

If he HAD to take someone down the red carpet I'd rather see him take Lisa than Monika. Just sayin...

The premiere here in London is on the 11th, folm opens on the 14th and guest appearances of Monuments Men on Graham Norton on the 14th (except it's prerecorded). I believe Sandra Bullock will be there...and it wouldn't be bad publicity if he was. We know that he's not at the Oscars because he'll be working in London.......so maybe he'll take the break he talked about

Sorry, Deborah, but he said he won't be at the Oscars because he'll be working. Maybe he'll go to the BAFTAs with Sandra Bullock - that would be cute - and safe for his reputation ( 'tho maybe not for hers! LOL). After all, they're good friends and were in "Gravity" together. He can lend her moral support.

Mazy - Just checked Tate Donovan's IMDb page. According to them he's still good friends with George and Grant, and was once engaged to Sandra Bullock (and to Jennifer Anniston.) It seems like it was a long time ago, but maybe they are still friends.
He's an actor who has been around for quite a while. His bio says he was in "Good Night and Good Luck" (which to my shame, I haven't seen yet) so I don't know what part he played. - Hope this helps.

Yes this is the one Tate Donovan he has even met her son, Louis. She is keeping itunofficial she is afraid of getting hurt again. If I find the article I will post in the Friends Thread.

BAFTA's red carpet will be on TV @ BBC News channel
from 5.15pm.

The actual awards are on BBC from 9pm.

May be on SkyNews channel too.

Watched the live stream of the red carpet...No GC....nor is in any of the Getty photos. A few people tweeted sighting but no photos and really only a couple. Any UK folks see anything?
