Just watched it...he was in three segments. We saw the winners and his parents...oh and John Prendergast was there too. He was good .... he said that he was not going to the Oscars because he will be in London working.

Thoroughly enjoyed the David Letterman show. Thanks for posting the full segment with George Clooney, Nicky.
Witty sense of humor like his dad too.  

Need to get off to work but for anyone who saw the whole show, what was Nick referencing when they went to him in the green room and David asked him if he's going to the premiere. Nick responded something about he was going to the Condiment Awards? And then David said someone was paying attention.

I didn't get that reference since I didn't see the entire show. Anyone know what they were talking about?

@Lorna...Nick was referencing David Letterman's opening monologue when he mentioned there was some National Condiments Award show that evening (or the next) and going on about how mayonnaise was America's #1 condiment. Just one of Letterman's random monologue throw-ins that are so weird they're actually funny. And of course, for maximum comedic effect, the way he said the word condiment made people consider the word condom instead. So later in the interview, when Letterman asked George if everyone was going to the film premiere, Nick deftly played the condiments card and said he was going to that awards show instead. Very quick-witted.

Hilarious when Letterman said we don't spend enough time together and George replied Ive had this relationship discussion before, I have all the answers - so funny and typical George.

Thanks so much Duffy I was clueless. Very funny stuff - maybe Letterman and Nick Clooney could go on the road and do a comedy act. Dave's kinda wacky and Nick is very droll so the combo of the two of them would be interesting to see! :-)

That comment had me howling - very loudly - and I didn't care who I woke up cause it was after midnight when I changed the channel to Letterman. (Was doing another binge watching of Downton Abbey so didn't get to Late Show until right before George came on).

Its so good that he can poke fun at himself, and makes for very funny television

I liked the presentation of Letterman's most coveted Italian bachelor George Clooney. It 's true, George is always in the Italian way of behaving!
