It looks to me like one of the two is buying a new car, and they got together to share impressions. Notice the car does not have the plates, so it must be new.

It's an older car; pretty soon it will be a collector. Hope his is cautious about who he lends it to. It's a nice car. But then I love old jaguars and old porsches. 65 Jaguar xke is a absolute fav of mine

In most states you now only have to have a plate on the back. They do not issue two plates only one. I don't remember the last year that I had two. <3
