Astrophysicist takes to twitter about Gravity inaccuracies
Neil deGrasse Tyson Trolled "Gravity" On Twitter, And It’s Pretty Hilarious

Neil deGrasse Tyson Thinks Gravity Is Scientifically Inaccurate
It might be the number one movie this weekend, but the Gravity is full of crap. Or so says Neil de Grasse Tyson, the famous astrophysicist and Reddit deity. On Sunday night, in a series of 12 tweets, Tyson explored the “Mysteries of #Gravity,” pointing out that while the premise is realistic, there are many scientific inaccuracies in the film. He asks good questions: why is Sandra Bullock, a medical doctor in the film, servicing the Hubble Space Telescope? And why does Bullock’s hair not float freely on her head in zero gravity scenes? While he’s not the first person to ask these questions, he’ll certainly get the most attention for doing so.

The special effects will never be perfect.
Mostly positive comments about this movie. Those who did not like it said it was two hours of boringness. Weak storyline of you can make it. All talk about Bullock and not Clooney. These two are too old to be astronauts.
Competition was Cloudy with Meatballs 2. Captain Phillips will probably knock it out of #1 this week.

Re: Astrophysicist takes to twitter about Gravity inaccuracies
I actually saw the tweets as I follow him on twitter. He made some valid points but in the end it is still a movie that was well done, well acted and well produced. It is meant to tell a story and illicit a certain experience which is what it apparently did.
silly girl- Hi ho, hi ho, it's off to Clooney I go!

Precisely SG.
Nearly every film made can be "nit picked apart"
about realism issues !
It doesn't detract from one's experience of watching
just a film.
