I remember Julia Roberts stating in an interview, that Jerry(producer)
had to end up being like a father on set with a bunch of children(actors)running around playing pranks on each other, having a great time, while Jerry had to "ring" them in, and get them to settle down and get serious to do the filming. Can you imagine having that much fun making a movie?

Having read many dif articles that hint at this topic, it seems to me that George sometimes likes to prank fellow buddies by getting them to do naked, especially if they don't really want to. Kind of like a challenge thing that pushes you out of your comfort zone. Like being naked to swim out in the lake. So yes, I could see him challenging them to do naked in a hot tub especially if it might be outdoors.

Remember this is the guy who pulled down his pants and mooned the paparazzi without qualms. If he can moon them, seeing how he hates them always following him around trying to get pics and stories from him, then he could do naked in a tub, lake or perhaps many other things. Think he enjoys pushing ppl just a bit out of their comfort zones.
