Stacy Keibler loves to vacation in Cabo San Lucas and says the Mexican resort is ''ultimate paradise''.

The 33-year-old former wrestler - who is in a relationship with Hollywood heartthrob George Clooney - is a huge fan of the Mexican hotspot and tries to get away whenever she can.

She said: ''It sounds so cheesy because it's probably everyone's favourite but I love Cabo San Lucas. It's a quick trip and just the ultimate paradise. I could live there forever.''

Stacy also loves exercising and says spinning - gruelling workouts on stationary bikes - is her favourite way of keeping in shape.

She explained to America's Star magazine: ''I love Spinning. I'm hooked - and I always feel amazing when I'm done. It's my stress reliever. I also do a ton of lunges regularly to tone up.

''I usually like to finish my workouts with a 30-minute run to finish strong. It's tough but feels awesome after.''

Stacy recently spoke of her belief it is important to look after her emotional wellbeing through meditation.

She said: ''I'm a big believer in maintaining a balance between body, mind and spirit. Take some time to meditate and restore your mind, even if it's just five minutes a day. It's so good for your overall being!

''You are what you eat. This is a major rule I live by and it's true. I've learned a lot experimenting with food and different cleanses.''

This seems like a rehash of statements she has made to other mag's etc. Nothing new really. It did get tweeted a lot over the weekend....so it possibly is a way to get the break up rumors off the front page so to speak.

Cabo might be a "paradise", but it is still in mexico.

Spinning, after one class I had, it was one hell of a bike ride to nowhere. Never again, thanks.

I think Mexico is like any other place--it's a paradise if you have the money to stay at places like those Stacy stays at and not so wonderful if you're not as well off. Then add in George and his house and I could see where it would be paradise.

I have been to Cabo and like OofOof said, if you have the money to stay and nice places then yes it's paradise. Other than that if you are a regular person it's nice, but so are a lot of other places too. JMO of course.

Bet that was interesting...I watched Soderbergh's very good film Traffic again the other night.
Have you seen it BiC ? The non tourist view of Tijuana.

It's pretty much the tourist's view of Tijuana now as well...sadly. It used to be a fun place to go for the day. Now, people tend to hurry their way over there to buy cheap viagra and vicodin in addition to the other drugs so plentiful.

Back on topic (which is Stacy talking about Cabo and not personal holiday memories) I agree with you guys that anywhere can be paradise when you've got plenty of money.

I'm still wondering how come they asked her about this in the first place - it seems a bit out of the blue. Maybe it's part of a bigger interview somewhere or is she now working for the Mexican tourist board?

Is traffic Toro (can´t remember his name and too lazy to google) film? It was very good. I like him.

There are others like Michael Douglas´but that I didn´t watch till the end.

Cabo is a nice place to vacation (in the world is even better), Baja California is very characteristic, the landscape is desert and the blue sea, you can swim with sea lions and whale watching. I prefer Punta Chivato, Loreto and La Paz because Mexicans are typical countries and Cabo San Lucas and Jose del Cabo are typically tourist towns and large marinas. I do not think Stacy is often out of the village!
