Am I an oddity?

Now, I feel both comfortable and uncomfortable here all at the same time.
I'm straight, not here to pick up women, although I am looking for one, I am a big fan of George and admire him very much.

What I really want to know is what you ladies think of me being here,

I'm not after whether you think I'm nice or horrible, good looking or ugly - although if you choose the positive let me know - hehe

I'm always interested in different opinions on COH discussions. What I really want to know is do you see the overwhelming appeal of SK? My pic is on my facebook under my real name, "Davida-Rochelle" but I'll be kind and let the others fight over you. On movie sets I always joke about my male "harem;" but that doesn't mean I can't flirt with all of the stars too.

OK y'all. Wish I could blame alcohol or drugs (never indulged) for my occasional silliness re males (see above harem comment). My roomie and his super nice&charming friend were teasing me again as I was busy posting. Definitely don't want to give the wrong impression to a newbie. But finally saw a principal audition for a female here in Vegas, and again they want someone under-25. That's why actresses become so sadly focused on their looks; can't the new blue screen technology create miracles?

@Seth - I personally enjoy hearing the male point of view on things. Keep me more open-minded and well-rounded with my point of views. When I was newly divorced my closest friend was male and he told me how to dress for dates, what guys mean when they say things, etc. I found his insight invaluable. I hope you stay and contribute your thoughts and opinions. If you do, please keep in mind that there are some very strong opnions in this forum, and please dont let it affect you. Was just in one of those moods, don't have alcohol or drugs to blame, and reacting to Phys Major & Maggy teasing our admittedly "out male poster." So Seth, again are you really attracted to SK? Would you date her long-term? Maggy, didn't know you were also male, would you date SK? Why or why not? My roomie thinks she's hot, although he prefers bustier, curvier, almost full-figured women. He switches between going for "the body" and for the "spiritual mind and soul." Guess he ideally wants both, and with no baggage attached.

Hey Joanna - it's nice to see you back safe and sound. It's nice to be on vacation and sometimes nicer to be back home. Well, that's me anyway.

Haha! Yep, defiantely 100% straight.

The reason I'm a fan of George is that I like his films, I like his personality, sense of humour, style etc etc.

I've also no worries about taking a bit of stick, risque jokes or comments. I've a good sense of humour and count myself as pretty laid back and unshockable.

My own sense of humour is natuturally quite dry, at times dark and certainly quite naughty sometimes. Sound like I'll fit in well!

My Avatar, by the way, is a particularly good pic of me. I don't look as quite good in real life. My god, that sounds so egotistical. My own opionion of me is that I look ok, but my sense of humour carriues me through life. If people find me good looking along the way, that always helps and is nice. xx

I find you very attractive but looks are not the #1 issue for me. Protectiveness, chivalry, similarity of values and goals are paramount. Sadly when I've gone out with men that are objectively not as good looking, they start to put me down for attracting too much attention. Still I've rejected offers from young male models because we did not have enough in common.

Also many people have LEARNED how to take a picture that makes them look much, much better than they do in person. Without again falling into "the trap" of being too personal, I look EXTREMELY different, even unrecognizable in many photos and especially on film. I have said before that SK is making several mistakes if she wants any Hollywood career. One of the worst IMHO is that when paps take her pic her smile often looks fake. I have learned to literally laugh when having any pic taken; makes my smile look more natural. Models spend HOURS practicing their expressions and learning how to take a "likable pic" when needed. Has G done the same? We all know how appealing his expressions are at times.
