Looks like George took the stylist back!!!!! Her management company needs to work on getting her some real work rather than these lame events.

LOVE her shoes. Also glad she toned down her makeup from her Red Carpet appearances. Only suggestion is that like me she has thin lips. Ignore the fashion trends SK and try a deep rose color. She looks very happy, honestly. I notice they do not mention G at all, and just call her an actress/model.

Looks like she might of stayed in LA for a paid job instead of going to Vegas. Maybe, she went to Vegas later or she is staying for G birthday on Sunday or not.

Let's be fair to her - I mean, she hasn't had a vacation to Cabo for over a month. Damn her life is hard.

She's a very pretty girl but seems so young, especially when she's doing things like this. That's what makes this pairing with George so odd.

I know she's smiling in the pics, but if you do a close up there is some serious sadness to her eyes.
The style of the shoes makes her feet look huge and the dress makes her look like she has a very short body.

What I don't get - and I haven't gotten this since she did that bar thing in NY a while back - and what apparently she doesn't get either - is that, she is famous (besides being GF) for being a sex symbol. Why doesn't she ever dress the way people expect to see her? I mean, she doesn't have to be all skanked out, but the chick works on her body daily, cleanses it, ad nauseum, and then when she's paid to show up, at a bar (this isn't church), she's all covered up in some blousy frock??? The only time she's gotten it right so far, is at that party in Vegas. This was cinco de mayo, and this was the best she could do??

Jo - Cinco de mayo means May 5th. I thought it was a Mexican holiday but it's celebrated in US also.

My son-in-law's birthday is May 5th. The only reason I remember it is because it's Cinco de mayo. LOL

Stacy will also have the advantages of dress, but her taste is horrible, this dress is vintage and shows her body (she deserves!) And highlights his feet that should instead be hidden because they are really ugly!

Cinco de mayo celebrates at battle that curried between the mexicans and the french in the 1800's where the mexicans defeated the french. Not sure why American's really celebrate it, it's more of a celebration for Puebla in mexico where the french were defeated.

In Vegas we celebrate all holidays that give us an excuse to drink, party, spend money. Except for the local churches, Easter is almost non-existent by comparison. Just as everyone wears green and drinks green-colored beer or other green drinks, and pretends their Irish on St Patrick's Day, Cinco de Mayo celebrates those with Mexican Heritage. While Spanish Restaurants love the increase in business, the real reason for the holiday is the Mexican City of Pueblo's unlikely victory over the French years ago.

maybe because this was a lunch time event she chose to do without the sexy clothing and it also looked like a casual event as well.

Um, was there an actual party to host or did Stacy just turn up for photos and PR spin? Cause it doesn't appear in any of those photos that there was an actual event.

Was it just a PR opportunity for the owners using Cinco De Mao as the excuse and they pay Stacy an appearance fee to attend, have some pictures taken in their restaurant and then sell them to the press for coverage. I'm a bit confused.

On Getty it says she was host of a tequila cocktail competition.

Also I find it odd that she was "working" the Cinco De Mayo lunch at the same time that her apparent good friend Molly Sims was having her baby shower. Was she not invited even after all that tweeting about knowing about the pregnancy before it was announced?

Well this soon-to-be mom certainly had a reason to glow!

Yesterday, Molly Sims celebrated her baby shower with her some of her closest friends at a private home in the Hollywood Hills. Sims, who announced her pregnancy in January, wore a flowy, multicolored dress to the shindig and appeared to be all smiles!

So which celeb pals attended the event? And what kind of baby swag did Molly score?

Us Weekly reports that the 30 of Molly's family and friends—including actress Ali Larter—were on hand at the luncheon (held at the home of even planner Yifat Oren) to celebrate Molly's baby bumpin' bliss.

"Molly was blown away by the love. There was a ton of laughter and hugs," Us reveals, saying the babe received Stella McCartney baby clothes, a high chair, play gym and a stroller as presents.

Which means that the baby boy—Sims revealed she was indeed having a son on The Talk—is going to be one fancy dresser...just like his mama!

No word on what the partygoers munched on during the bash, but if Sims is still having the same cravings, it very well could have been steak sundaes (the babe told us earlier in her pregnancy that red meat and frozen yogurt "together" were her preggo staples).

Either way, Molly seemed plenty please when paparazzi caught her packing her baby gifts at the end of the day as the star's husband, producer Scott Stuber, picked her up from the event.

Too cute! Mozel tov, Molly, and we cannot wait to peep pics of your little guy soon!

And Robert Earl, whom she met yesterday, owns Planet Hollywood which is connected to them I think.......also owns places in Vegas

I get the feeling that when they were all together in Cabo, that Molly is more friends with CIndy Crawford or Molly's husband is a movie executive and knows George , than Molly is friends with Stacy. Stacy after she meets somebody, they become her bff on twitter. She tweeted that after the Cabo trip with the couples.

From the pictures set above, and regardless of where she was, or when... (NO, NOT for a moment denigrating any of your findings dear people ) ... I think for them to be released on George's Birthday is significant... Looking at her "ring" back on her finger, kind of tells me that George had a wonderful birthday and Stacy made sure of it WHOA!!! Nothing as far as I know. I thought it had been decided from photos that the ring had been around longer than her relationship with George.

The 32-year-old entertainer celebrated Cinco de Mayo with Mexican food and drinks!
Stacy and gal pal Jenna Dewan were still in the spirit of the holiday on Sunday!

Ok I don't understand why they can't get their facts straight....she went out with her friend Saturday night after the Mixology thing..... I know JJ is not a journalist and other sites do this too , but they really should try to get their facts right....

Yes, she does have very strange taste. That dress is hideous. Stacy looks great in sportswear and beachwear but seems to be utterly clueless when it comes to anything else.

Thank you for letting me know about the Just Jared article. Awhile ago I quoted a comment that SK had told her hairdresser that she had already broken up with G. I would assume that they would try to remain "friends," which explains the grocery shopping trip and the dinner with Rande and Cindi. Personally I always felt that she had more positive body language with Rande than with G. I also stated on 5/5/12 post that this was the first time in print that I did not see "George" or "boyfriend of" when discussing SK.

On to more SERIOUS issues,
If you read the comments under the Just Jared article, you will see a DISGUSTING post after my "name." I did NOT and NEVER would write such horribly insulting words about anyone. Of course I did respond with a strong denial, asking JJ readers to IGNORE all posts that use my name or anyone else's from COH. I listed phys major, Katiedot, Pari, and Cindigirl, as I felt that the most offensive posts were falsely "authored" by these names. I will NOT ignore slander associated with my name, since I was repeatedly almost 86'd from COH because I was accused of being the "troll." It is so difficult to deal with stress and problems when I am again on COH for "laugh break" from again being in physical pain.

Ironically I also have very thin lips, like SK. Rather than use botox I favor darker lip pencil and lipstick, even when it's the fad to use light colors for summer. Stronger colors show up better on fair skin (even with a spray tan) and blond hair. Just be careful your lipstick doesn't smear or looks overdone in high-definition pictures.

davida - sorry to hear you're in physical pain. hope recovery is speedy!
